In recent years,domestic polypropylene production capacity has exceeded 20million tons,and injection-grade polypropylene accounts for 27%of total production capacity.Compared with other polypropylene products,the productivity of injection-grade polypropylene has increased significantly,mainly due to the development of automotive and electronic products.The performance,structure and composition of several mainstream high impact polypropylene materials in China was systematically analyzed in this research and provides a basis for the development of new high impact polypropylene materials.It is necessary to strictly control the molecular weight and distribution of copolymer homopolymer matrix phase in the production of high impact polypropylene.The addition of copolymer ethylene should be controlled by adjusting the ethylene/propylene molar ratio(C2=/C3=),and the structure of copolymer rubber phase should be strictly controlled,including the composition of rubber phase,the molecular weight of rubber and the dispersion of rubber phase.Therefore,a high impact performance polypropylene product can be obtained.High impact polypropylene is mainly used in automobiles and modification fields which has very high requirements for the odor and impact properties of products.In this thesis,a high impact polyprolene material K9015 was developed for the first time in Innovene gas-phase polypropylene plant by using pre-polymerization catalyst Y180through hydrogen modulation.Compared with other products,the impact strength is improved 30k J/m~2,which breaks through the highest limit of impact strength in impact copolymer polypropylene products.At the same time,the odor composition was analyzed by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and a rapid and effective evaluation method for evaluating the odor of impact polypropylene resin was established.The odor source of the impact copolymer polypropylene product was analyzed and the odor reduction was proposed to improve the competitiveness of the product in the market.
