Oil storage tanks are a vital part of China's national crude oil strategic reserve project,and the large-scale storage tanks are also inevitable.In the past 20 years,China's large-scale storage tank construction technology has developed rapidly.Large-scale storage tanks are typical thin-shell structures.Under the action of wind load and other disasters,they are easily deformed and cause accidents.Therefore,the stability of large-scale storage tanks is crucial.In this paper,the load-bearing stability of100000m~3 storage tanks is mainly studied by finite element software simulation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the finite element analysis of wind-induced buckling of 100000m~3storage tank is carried out by Ansys finite element software.The eigenvalue buckling method is used to calculate the buckling mode,critical load and critical wind speed of the tank.Then the eigenvalue buckling mode is introduced as the initial defect.The nonlinear buckling analysis is compared with the eigenvalue buckling.Finally,the effects of initial defects of different sizes on the stability of the tank are also studied.(2)Secondly,in order to carry out the field test of the tank model,the similar relationship between the basic parameters of the original and model tanks is determined.In view of the powerful structural nonlinear analysis and solving ability and fluid-solid coupling solving ability of Adina software,the finite element software is utilized.Based on the 10000 storage tank,the scaled tank test model was simulated,the test plan was designed,and the tank models with geometric scales of 16 and 24 were established to study the tank model under the coupling of wind load and foundation settlement.The response analysis shows that the wind speed is 12.5m/s and 40m/s,and the storage response analysis of the actual settlement and the triple settlement is studied.(3)Finally,based on the similarity of the basic parameters,the experimental tank material and geometric scale are further analyzed and selected to establish a more optimized test plan.According to the purpose and requirements of the test,the wind field test simulation device and the ground settlement test device are designed.
