In order to solve the problems of poor oil recovery and high water cut in the late stage of water flooding development in Tahe Oilfield,indoor experimental research was carried out.According to the current situation of foam flooding application,the principle of foam flooding was studied and a foam system that can be used in Tahe Oilfield was developed in a targeted manner.Through the indoor evaluation experiments,When the conditions were room temperature and simulated formation water of 2.4×10~5mg/L salinity,the JTW foam system with high salt tolerance was screened.The results showed that the foaming volume was 350 m L and the liquid half-life was 228 minute.The performance of temperature resistance,oil resistance and oil washing effect of the JTW foam system were investigated.The results showed that the JTW foam system had good foam stabilization effect at high temperature.It could be oil resistant to a certain extent and it had a strong washing effect.By observing the foam structure and measuring the viscosity,it was found that the JTW foam system enhanced the strength of the foam film,so that the foam had a stable double-layer foam structure,which increases the viscosity and increases the foam stability.The double-tube particle filling model was used to displace.The results showed that the foam flooding can drive the untouched oil in the water drive area and the recovery effect is better than the gas drive.The three-ball visual model of the"attic oil"in the simulated reservoir was used for displacement.The results showed that the foam can effectively drive out the high point remaining oil which is not touched by the water drive.The foam flooding experiment was carried out.After water flooding,the gas-liquid ratio and flow rate were selected by gas-liquid simultaneous injection method.The optimized results were the gas-liquid ratio of 2:1and the flow rate of 0.2 m L/min.
