With the state's emphasis on energy conservation and environmental protection,in response to the state's call to "improve the city's energy structure,promote the production and use of clean energy",the commercial stoves which are widely used have also begun to gradually improve environmental standards and improve combustion efficiency.At present,most catering stoves in large and medium-sized cities in China use diesel and liquefied natural gas as energy sources.As a result,the cost of catering is high with a low level security and reliability.Some restaurants also use alcohol based stoves for cooking,but these stoves are not stable enough in firepower regulation and low in combustion thermal efficiency,which are easy to extinguish in the process of cooking dishes.Therefore,it is necessary to design and develop a stove with clean energy,stable fire and high combustion efficiency.To meet the needs of environmental protection of fuel and fire stability of stoves,the development of alcohol based stoves instead of the stoves fueled by liquefied gas,diesel and coal in the kitchen not only reduces the cost of catering,improves the environmental protection performance,but also solves the problem of unstable fire of ordinary alcohol based stoves.This design uses alcohol based liquid as fuel,the system consists of power supply,controller,oil pump,ignitor,temperature probe and fire control knob.In the use of the stove,preheat the stove according to the burning point of alcohol based fuel.When the temperature rises to the burning point of alcohol based fuel,use the oil pump to pump out the fuel in the oil barrel,turn the liquid fuel into mist through the atomizing nozzle,and automatically ignite.Adjust the fire power of different gears through the button.In each gear,fine adjustment can be made through the knob.The system is mainly controlled by the main control chip,through the switch and button to achieve various operations of the stove interface,using the digital tube to display the temperature and gear,to achieve better human-computer interaction.The system uses alcohol based liquid fuel,omits the process of liquefying and regasifying the traditional fuel after gasification,and atomizes the fuel directly through the atomizingnozzle.The stove system has certain anti-interference and stability.The automatic ignition device improves the operation mode of manual ignition after the traditional stove fails to ignite.When shifting gears,considering the possibility of flameout in the process of upshift or downshift,it can automatically ignite again in each shift to ensure the stability of use,without flameout.In addition,the firepower regulation of cooking utensils on the market can only be divided into big fire and small fire,so it is difficult to meet the demand of refined cooking,especially for some dishes with more stringent requirements on fire control.This design can fill this defect.In this design,the fire power is divided into five gears.In each gear,fine adjustment is carried out,and the gear and fire power value are displayed on the surface of the stove,which is clear to the user.The project in view of alcohol based fuel,taking kitchen utensils as an example,adopting thyristor speed control technology,realizing the renewal of catering utensils-using clean and renewable energy and adjusting the firepower and gear of the utensils.Through the flow monitoring and PID program algorithm,the project forms a closed-loop control path of fire regulation to achieve the accuracy of fire regulation.Through the design of this system,alcohol based fuel is used instead of fossil energy,which makes up for the gap that the current market firepower can not be accurately adjusted,and also takes into account the experience of human-computer operation,cost and use effect,which proves that it has wide practicability in practical application.
