The use of asymmetric catalytic synthesis is one of the most effective methods for obtaining chiral compounds.Chiral ligands play a crucial role in the asymmetric reaction catalyzed by transition metal with chiral ligands.And chiral phosphine ligands occupy an important role in this.At present,chiral phosphine ligands have shown excellent chiral induction advantages in many asymmetric catalytic reactions,but many chiral phosphine ligands still face expensive starting materials,complex ligand structure,long synthetic route,low synthetic yield and other issues.Therefore,to design and development of novel chiral phosphine ligands with cheap initial materials,simple synthetic route,easy modification and high catalytic efficiency have become hotspots in current organic synthetic chemistry research.In addition to chiral phosphine ligands,chiral nitrogen ligands are also a widely used class of ligands in asymmetric synthesis.The development of novel chiral nitrogen ligands is also important for the development of chiral chemistry.This thesis mainly focuses on the research and design of a new type of chiral phosphine ligand Ming-Phos,which has been developed by our research group,and designs a new type of chiral pyridine nitrogen-containing ligand H-dpaq and tries its usage in chiral reaction.The specific research content includes the following two parts:The first part of the thesis revolves around the development of a new type of chiral phosphine ligand Ming-Phos,which has been developed by our research group.The experimental route and purification method of the chiral phosphine ligands has been experimentally explored.Optimizing the purification method of ligands and synthesizing representative chiral phosphine ligands on a scale of ten grams is of great significance for the future technological and commercial development of chiral phosphine ligands developed by our research group.The second part of the paper works by starting from a simple pyridinal compound,we designed and synthesized a series of chiral pyridine bidentate nitrogen ligands.At the same time,we have developed a synthetic route of chiral nitrogen ligand H-dpaq by modifying the backbone of this kind of ligand.The organometallic iron complex catalyst was obtained by coordination of the designed chiral nitrogen ligand H-dpaq with metal iron compounds.The experimental study about the asymmetric oxidation of thioether confirmed that the chiral iron complexation has a certain chiral catalytic ability in the asymmetric oxidation reaction of thioether.Unfortunately,the current reaction have not achieved better enantioselective results yet.
