Mass spectrometry has high sensitivity and high resolution in material analysis and component identification,and is one of the most widely used analytical techniques.The ion source is an important component in the mass spectrometer to ionize the sample,in which the open ion source has the advantage of shortening the pretreatment step.In the biological field,peptides and carbohydrates are the most important part of life,many diseases are also related to the above two;in the chemical field,pesticides,drugs,explosives and so on people have hidden safety.In this paper,a thermal analysis mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was developed in situ to analyze biochemical samples in real time.The main research contents of this paper are to propose two kinds of sampling modes-penetrating sampling mode and reflection sampling mode to detect the chemical field and biological field.The optimal experimental conditions were determined by optimizing the relevant parameters in the experiment,and the response time,detection distance,minimum quantitative limit and sampling area of the detection device were investigated experimentally.It was concluded that the device was easy to operate.Rapid analysis,high detection sensitivity,breaking the traditional mass spectrometry detection distance and sampling area and other conclusions.In application,this paper chooses the detection of pesticide detection,explosives and drugs in the chemical field.At the same time,combined with the micro-mass spectrometry,the above-mentioned samples are tested to achieve the in-situ and real-time purpose.It is expected to be used in public places,and people's safety;in the biological field of choice of glucose,peptide combined with micro-mass spectrometry for testing,the future hope that the application of air in the virus,the detection of bacteria to protect the environment safe.
