?-halide ketones belong to a class of important functional organic molecules,which are widely used in many fields such as biology,medicine and so on.Among them,?-bromo ketone and ?-chloro ketones play significant roles in the synthesis of many important and common drugs.For a long time,the synthesis of these compounds mostly has the problems of complex starting materials,harsh synthetic conditions,and serious pollution and so on.In this paper,a practical method employing green oxidation of olefins to ?-bromoacetophenone and ?-chloroacetophenone by molecular oxygen and photocatalysis was developed through conditions screen and mechanism investigation.The main work of this thesis includes the following aspects.(1)Oxidation of olefins to ?-bromoacetophenone derivativesIn Chapter Two,we have developed a mild method for the direct oxidation of styrene for the synthesis of ?-bromoacetophenone derivatives.The method transforms styrenes to ?-bromoacetophenone derivatives using oxygen as oxidant,solid potassium bromide as bromine source,iron salt as catalyst and blue LED light(12 W)illumination at 20 ? with methyl tert-butyl ether as solvent.The method avoids harsh reaction conditions,shows high yield and selectivity,and is economically feasible.At the same time,it is also environmental begin.This reaction expands the synthetic methods of ?-bromoacetophenone derivatives.(2)Oxidation of olefins to synthesize ?-chloroacetophenone derivativesIn Chapter Three,we have developed a mild,green and practical method for the synthesis of ?-chloroacetophenone derivatives using olefin as the starting material.Different from the traditional chlorination reaction,it only needs dioxygen as the oxidant and common inorganic chloride salt as chlorine source,avoiding the harsh reaction conditions and the use of toxic reagents.It is more cost-effective and adds to the synthetic methods of ?-chloroacetophenone.In this paper,a practical and environmental friendly method for the synthesis of ?-bromo/chloroacetophenone derivatives has been developed by green oxidation of olefins.It not only enriches the green application of olefins,but also expands the synthetic method of ?-halogenated ketones,providing a methodological support for the synthesis of these compounds.
