Molasses alcohol wastewater is a high concentration organic wastewater using emission of molasses alcohol production process,which contains high concentration of sulfate can inhibit the activity of microbial degradation.It is first need to remove the sulfate ion and the hard to degrade pigment material,then the biological treatment was used to degrade the organic nutrients in the molasses alcohol wastewater.In this paper,bagasse was used as a fuel residue to modify the treatment,and then the modified bagasse ash was used to treat the wastewater.Designing a set of pretreatment-UASB-biological contact oxidation tower device.Studing on the effects of removal of sulfate and chromaticity on biodegradation of CODcr and anaerobic gas production.The main conclusions are as follows:Using the Upflow anaerobic sludge blanket for degradation of organic pollutants in the wastewater from molasses alcohol,Adding modified bagasse ash particles so that the starting time is shortened to 26 days in the sludge inoculation.When The water temperature has been maintained at 40 degrees C,influent organic load is 1000mg?COD?/L,removal rate of CODcrr reached more than 60%,Anaerobic decolorization was not obvious,the decolorization rate was maintained at 10%20%,the domestication of the sulfate reducing bacteria was completed.In the whole process of starting,the gas production rate can reached160320L/kg.COD.Aerobic bioreactor using bagasse gray carbon membrane filler can be greatly shorten the start-up time to 15 days.When the water temperature is 24 degrees C,influent organic load is 400mg?COD?/L,COD removal rate increased to 70%,the decolorization rate was 35%.In the experiment of influencing factors,the raw water COD changes between20003000mg/L,making water temperature anaerobic reactor is 40 degrees C,influent flow rate was 450ml/h,influent pH 6.5,pretreatment of bagasse ash dosage was 2g/L for the initial optimal operation conditions.Control of other conditions unchanged,the water temperature anaerobic reactor 40 degrees C,the removal of organic matter reaches a maximum of 64%,aerobic reactor maximum organic matter removal rate appeared at 27 degrees C.Anaerobic-aerobic?carbon membrane packing?biological device of molasses alcohol wastewater treatment,when the inlet temperature is 23 degrees C,300mL/h is the best water flow,the anaerobic reactor hydraulic retention time is 11.7h,the aerobic reactor hydraulic retention time is 10h,COD removal rate of the biological treatment device was 80.48%,the removal rate of chroma was 34%.Anaerobic aerobic?carbon membrane packing?biological device of molasses alcohol wastewater treatment,the inlet water temperature was 28 degrees C,other conditions remain unchanged,when the regulation water tank outlet pH is 7,the COD degradation rate is 85.4%,the chroma removal rate is 36.6%.Pretreatment-anaerobic/aerobic biological treatment device for the treatment of molasses alcohol wastewater,when the water temperature is 25 degrees C,influent flow rate was450ml/L,pretreatment of modified bagasse ash dosage is 8g/L,by the three level combination device the highest removal rate of COD was 85.1%,the removal rate of chroma was 51.7%,and the dosage of 6g/L removal rate had little difference.In practical application,the dosage of 6g/L is the best choice.The macro gene sequencing of the activated sludge in the anaerobic-aerobic reactor was carried out,and the community composition of the samples in the level of each classification was obtained.The results showed that the sludge in anaerobic reactors by activated sludge,the main fungi belongs to the genus of talaromyces,the main type of anaerobic bacteria were Aminicenantes genera incertae sedis,Levilinea,Candidatus Cloacamonas,Saccharofermentans,Syntrophomonas,Treponema,Anaerobacter,Dechloromonas;aerobic reactor of activated sludge in the filler layer,without other bacteria classification the genus,the main aerobic anoxic type belongs to the genus of Dechloromonas,Desulfurivibrio,Aquisphaera,Planctomyces,Tepidimonas,Ohtaekwangia.
