In recent decades,with the rapid development of mining,smelting and manufacturing,the heavy metal pollution in farmland has caused serious threat to agricultural production and human health.In particular,the pollution of chromium in the southern paddy field is more serious and is an urgent solution.One of the questions.Although chromium is a trace element necessary for the metabolism of humans and animals,excess chromium has toxic effects on both animals and plants.Contaminated soil chromium can be crops,animals,the human body this food chain accumulation,the food chain at all levels of biological serious harm.Rice is one of the world's major food crops,and it is important to understand the enrichment and transport mechanism of rice chromium.In this study,rice?Triticum aestivum L.?and Cr???uptake and plant energy metabolism and Ca2+K+ion channel transport system,and the microbial distribution of subcellular cells in rice was studied.The mechanism of absorption and transport of Cr was studied.The main findings are as follows:?1?Metabolic inhibition?P-type ATPase inhibitor,Na3VO4?had no obvious inhibition on the growth of rice seedlings under Cr???stress,but inhibited the growth of rice seedlings under Cr???stress.The inhibition rate was 10.1%to 72.0%.?2,4-dinitrophenol,DNP?inhibited the growth of rice seedlings under Cr???and Cr???stress,and the inhibition rates were 3.7%100.0%,2.1%300.0%.K+ion channel inhibitor had no significant effect on the growth of rice seedlings under Cr???stress,but inhibited the growth of rice seedlings under Cr???stress,and the inhibition rate was 54.3%57.1%.Ca2+ion channel inhibitor inhibited the growth of rice seedlings under Cr???and Cr???stress,and the inhibition rates were 9.6%167.6%and32.3%100.0%,respectively.?2?Different metabolic inhibition had different effects on chromium uptake of rice seedlings under different valence Cr stress.The addition of P-type ATPase inhibitor sodium vanadate?Na3VO4?in the water culture nutrient solution promoted the uptake of Cr???and the inhibition of Cr???in rice seedlings.The Cr content in rice seedlings was increased 0.8%532.3%and decreased by 10.1%72.0%,and stimulated the transport of Cr.However,the addition of 2,4-dinitrophenol?DNP?in the water culture nutrient solution inhibited the uptake of Cr???and Cr???by rice seedlings,and the Cr content in rice seedlings decreased by 3.7%100.0%And 2.1%to 300.0%.The results showed that Na3VO4 stimulated the uptake of Cr???by rice seedling,while DNP inhibited the uptake of chromium in rice seedlings,but DNP inhibited the uptake of Cr???and promoted the uptake of Cr???.It can be seen that the absorption of Cr???and Cr???in the tested rice varieties is required.?3?Different ion channels inhibit the different effects of chromium absorption and transport in rice seedlings.Ca2+channel inhibitor LaCl3 had no obvious effect on the uptake of Cr???in rice seedlings,but it was stimulated by Cr???transport.?P<0.05?,but it has little effect on the absorption of Cr???,but it has nothing to do with the treatment time and location.It shows that Cr???has nothing to do with calcium channel,and the uptake of Cr???But calcium ion channel inhibition has nothing to do with Cr???transport.Potassium ion channel inhibitor tetraethylammonium chloride?TEA?inhibited the uptake of Cr???in rice seedlings in a short time,and inhibited the absorption of Cr???at a high concentration for a long time.The uptake of Cr???in rice is related to the potassium channel,which may be absorbed by the potassium channel,but it can not determine whether it is related to the potassium channel.?4?The distribution of chrome subcellular in rice seedlings was different under the stress of different valence Cr.Cr???stress was mainly distributed in the cell wall of root and leaf of rice seedling,while the Cr content in the cytoplasm of root and leaf of rice seedling under Cr???stress was also higher.Metabolic inhibition and ion channel inhibition had some effect on the distribution of chrome subcellular cells in rice seedlings,but not obvious.
