Based on the specific project,this paper studies the sewage generated by coal chemical industry park.Because prediction of sewage water quantity and detection of water quality from different sourcesand,the construction scale and treatment process of sewage treatment plant were determined,and the operation cost and investment scale are estimated.According to the source of sewage,the wastewater is divided into organic sewage,inorganic sewage and clean sewage.According to the production process of the park,organic sewage sources include coking sewage,BDO sewage,domestic sewage and initial polluted rainwater.Organic wastewater in BDO production can be divided into formaldehyde wastewater,high concentration wastewater and low concentration wastewater.The sewage water quantity is 100 m~3/h for coking wastewater,95m~3/h for BDO wastewater,65m~3/h for domestic wastewater,and 20m~3/h for initial polluted rainwater and unpredictable wastewater.Inorganic wastewater is BYD reactive activation wastewater and deactivation wastewater produced in BDO production process.BYD reactive activation wastewater is 140m~3/h and BYD reactive deactivation wastewater is 35m~3/h.The purified wastewater is the sewage from circulating water system and desalination system.The sewage from circulating water system is 260 m~3/h,the sewage from desalination system is 30 m~3/h,and the total amount of purified wastewater is 290 m~3/h.Based on the analysis of water quality,the wastewater treatment process is divided into nine stages:BDO formaldehyde wastewater and high concentration wastewater pretreatment process;BDO formaldehyde wastewater and high concentration wastewater pretreatment process;BDO low concentration wastewater pretreatment and subsequent biochemical treatment process;BDO activated wastewater acid-alkali neutralization process;new coking wastewater pretreatment process;BDO firefighting wastewater and initial rainwater pretreatment process;Treatment process;A/O treatment and follow-up treatment process;sewage treatment process of circulating water system and desalination system;sludge treatment process.The final effluent of up to standard wastewater is 200 m~3/h.The effluent of nanofiltration effluent is 192 m~3/h,and the effluent of inorganic treatment is 8 m~3/h.The effluent from reverse osmosis unit is reused as circulating supplementary water.Concentrated water of nanofiltration is 40m3/h,concentrated water of reverse osmosis is 80 m~3/h,and concentrated water of nanofiltration and reverse osmosis is 120 m~3/h.It is used for coke quenching after strong oxidation and precipitation treatment.
