With the prosperity of oil production and transportation,oil spill accidents are extensively noticeable at present.Our marine environment has encountered unprecedented pollution and damage,which lead to the loss of biodiversity.Therefore,it is of significance to develop oil-water separation methods.Most of traditional oil-water separation methods have the disadvantage of complex preparation process,limited application,environment pollution,poor stability,long-term durability,costly and so on.Therefore,It is of great significance to rapidly prepare a stable,non-toxic,harmless and reusable coating with superhydrophobicity and superoleophilicity for oil-water separation by using inexpensive raw materials and simple preparation methods.For this reason,the following aspects are studied in this paper.Herein,this paper has studied from the following aspects.?1?SiO2/phenolic resin coatings with superhydrophobic and superoleophilic properties were successfully prepared by spinning hydrophobic nano-silica particles onto phenolic resin glass panels and heating,baking and curing.The coating possesses a hardness of 4H,an adhesion rating of 3,and good transparency and high temperature resistance.Meanwhile,the film is superhydrophobic and lipophilic,with a water contact angle of 155.2±0.6°,a rolling angle of 3.1±0.8°and an oil contact angle of 1±0.1°.It is found that the superhydrophobic coating has excellent self-cleaning property,good mechanical properties,wear abrasion resistance,acid and alkali durability.?2?The method of preparing superhydrophobic and superoleophilic SiO2/phenolic resin coating was applied to the filter screen to prepare superhydrophobic and superhydrophobic SiO2/phenolic resin filter screen film.SEM?EDS and AFM show that hydrophobic nano-silica particles and phenolic resin coatings were uniformly adhered to the substrate,and uniform micro-nanostructures were constructed on the surface of substrate.The contact angle measuring instrument?OCA?shows that the static contact angle of water on the surface of the filter is 155.4±0.3°,and the water rolling angle is 7.1±0.8°and the oil contact angle on the screen surface is less than 1°.The mechanical property and chemical property of the superhydrophobic and superoleophilic SiO2/phenolic resin filter film are excellent.The water contact angle of the prepared sample still reaches 152.8±0.5°after repeated rubbing for 30times.The film can withstand 400 hours immersion in solution with pH=2,pH=13,salt concentration of 3.5 wt%,and 40 hours immersion in toluene,ethyl acetate,acetone,tetrahydrofuran and ethanol.The oil-water separation efficiency of isooctane/water,gasoline/water,n-hexane/water,dodecane/water,edible oil/water,dichloromethane/water,chloroform/water is over 97%,indicating stable and excellent oil-water separation efficiency.In addition,even after 50 cycles oil-water separation of isooctane/water,the separation efficiency is still above 99.0%,and the contact angle of water is still above 150°.
