Temporal distribution characteristics,correlation between O3 and other main atmospheric pollutants(NOX?SO2?PM10?PM2.5?CO)were studied in this paper by using environmental statistical principles which were collected from Lanzhou Environmental Protection Bureau.The main purpose in this paper were,understanding the current statues and the source of O3 pollution in Lanzhou City,analyze the contributions of O3 on haze days.Also,provide reference for the prevention and control of O3 atmospheric O3 pollution in other areas.The results showed that the ozone concentration were very unstable,with 53 days above the Chinese ambient air quality standards and increases with time.Seasonal distribution showed that O3 concentrations in autumn-winter were higher than that in spring-summer.In addition,the law of daily variation was also obvious,the O3concentration increasing with solar radiation and temperature increases.Meanwhile,the O3 concentration decreasing with solar radiation and temperature decreases.Besides,the spatial distribution of ozone concentration in urban and sub-urban were higher than that located in the exurban and the outskirts,but the ozone concentration in exurban and outskirts showed the different rules.Moreover,there was a negative correlation between O3 and other atmospheric pollutants(NOX?SO2?PM10?PM2.5?CO)which showed that other atmospheric pollutants could inhibit the formation of O3.Due to there is a positive correlation between O3 concentrations and solar radiation,the ozone concentration in the sunny day was higher than cloudy and sand storm days.
