| Dye-sensitized solar cell(DSSC)is a new energy material battery.the counter electrode is one of the important components of the DSSC.as the traditional counter electrode material platinum is expensive,so the development of economical and low-cost platinum-free counter electrodes is undoubtedly one of the important approaches for the application of dye-sensitized solar cells.in recent years,vib metal oxides have shown excellent electrocatalytic ability to catalyze electrode reaction on the counter electrode of DSSC.the addition of manganese oxide on the basis of vibe unit oxide in this project constitutes binary metal oxides and greatly increases the effect of replacing platinum on a low-cost basis.the second metal changed the electron density difference of the catalytic center and activated more reducing agents,thereby improving low-temperature activity and activity stability.The physical doping of molybdenum with manganese oxide,tungsten oxide and manganese oxide,as well as the above materials and activated carbon,perform electrochemical tests and photoelectric conversion efficiency tests for key materials.And the above-mentioned basic substance with good catalytic performance was physically doped with titanium oxide,lanthanum oxide and manganese oxide.1.Cr2O3-MnO2 of binary metal oxideis prepared by hydrothermal method,and surfactants CTAB(hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide),PVP(polyvinylpyrrolidone)and PEG(polyethylene glycol)are added to the compound.the material modified by adding surfactant CTAB has better photoelectric conversion efficiency;the efficiency is 3.14%,and then it is doped with activated carbon in a certain ratio,of which 1:1 is the best doping ratio The efficiency is 5.04%.2.MoO2-MnO2 was prepared by different methods,namely 180oC hydrothermal method,sol-gel method and 130oC hydrothermal method.After a series of tests,the performance of the130oC hydrothermal method was superior to the other two methods,and the efficiency was high.At 1.25%,we replaced other surfactants in the hydrothermal method,but none of themachieved the expected results.modified by adding low-priced and readily available activated carbon,showing a better efficiency at 1:2 mass ratio of 4.76%.3.WO2-MnO2 was prepared by hydrothermal method and sol-gel method.We added different surfactants CTAB,PVP,and PEG to the hydrothermal method to achieve the best performance when PEG was added.Its efficiency is 6.02%,we added activated carbon on this basis,the electrochemical performance is the best when the ratio is 2:1,and its efficiency is6.50%.The addition of manganese dioxide,lanthanum oxide and titanium dioxide to a simple binary oxide is tested,and the performance of adding titanium dioxide is modified to 6.02%. |
