The hole cutter is used as the drill bit material for drilling in the hole process of the mechanical module,and the degree of wear during the hole making process determines the quality of the corresponding hole.In order to ensure the cost and the hole making efficiency of the mechanical module in the hole making process,the tool before the hole making can guarantee a certain hole quality,and the test knife test needs to be performed before the hole is made to the mechanical module.If the corresponding hole-forming target parameters of the countersink hole can be detected in real time,the degree of wear of the tool can be reflected to a certain extent,thereby ensuring the hole-quality of the tool on the mechanical module;at the same time,it can be fast and real-time.The automated platform for detecting the countersink-hole parameters can solve the current situation of relying on manual instruments to detect the quality of the hole in the current domestic mechanical hole making process,thereby ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the detection.According to the actual engineering,the detection method based on the point cloud algorithm can be used to realize the high-efficiency detection of the countersink hole.In order to meet the actual engineering requirements,this paper develops a set of effective countersink hole detection platform for the theoretical research of point cloud algorithm.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the current domestic process of making holes in mechanical modules,there are fewer real-time detections based on point clouds for the four types of targets: hole depth,upper and lower circular radius,countersink hole angle and upper and lower circular normal vector angle.The current situation,this paper carried out research and implementation of the countersink hole-based hole-quality detection system based on point cloud.(2)The research on the point cloud image processing algorithm acquired by the point cloud device realizes the preprocessing of the countersink holes point cloud image respectively.In the segmentation stage of point cloud array preprocessing,this paper firstly performs the normal vector estimation of the 3D point cloud depth integral map.Based on the original random sampling consistency algorithm,in the process of threshold judgment,the method of adding the judgment vector is added.Condition,design a random sampling consistency segmentation algorithm based on normal vector decision,which can improve the edge deterioration caused by improper threshold setting.In the quality target detection stage of the countersink holes plane,this paper uses the statistical filtering of the point cloud to obtain the edge point cloud band of the pupil surface,then downsamples the voxel filtering of the edge point cloud band,and then fits the 3d circle.Finally,calculate the parameters of the data obtained by the point cloud and calculate the four different targets of the countersink holes surface.(3)The countersink hole-forming quality inspection system was studied,and the hardware and software were designed separately under the requirements of actual engineering.The hardware part includes motor motion module and point cloud data acquisition module;the software part includes the selection of Lenze server software block diagram,PLC control flow design,industrial computer software design and web server design.(4)In the actual environment of mechanical module hole making,the four types of targets of the countersink hole are detected respectively;at the same time,the feedback function and real-time performance of the platform are tested and analyzed.After testing,the system developed in this paper detects the four types of targets in which the countersink holes are holed in real time to meet the actual needs of the site,and the system feedback function operates effectively to achieve the design goal of the countersink hole detection system.
