Abstract/Summary:
Offshore oil and gas development technology requires higher investment,and the current low oil price in the form of marine development projects is not a small challenge.Offshore oil and gas mining accidents may not only cause huge casualties and property losses,but also lead to environmental pollution and reputation crisis,so the security barrier in the process of offshore operations is the key link of the scientific and reasonable design,safety has become a major focus in practical engineering security deepwater production system.The research achievements and latest progress of risk and safety in marine engineering in recent years at home and abroad are investigated.The application of safety barrier and big data technology in oil and gas production is investigated,and the research trend of marine engineering risk is summarized.From the definition,the safety barrier function classification and theoretical model of three aspects of the research,the risk analysis of offshore oil and gas production,the risk source identification from the perspective of the natural environment,personnel management,equipment operation,to carry out the identification and analysis of risk characteristics and for the riser system,oil and gas processing system of different sub system,summarize the risk characteristics of offshore oil and gas production and according to the design characteristics of security barrier system.The bow model(Bow-tie)the accident mechanism analysis on oil and gas processing module,determine the accident path and key events,using the simulation of oil and gas leakage and explosion simulation simulation method,according to the actual parameters to establish the simulation model of the wind direction and wind speed and key factors of leakage rate on the influence of the diffusion behavior of gas leakage problems,the leak gas hazardous area distribution and scope,change rule and the scope of the main disaster index of explosion overpressure and flame temperature;the use of fault tree analysis fault type model of pipe system and the causes of the failure of simulation of severe slugging in the riser and analyzed the characteristics of risks;research on offshore platform operation human unsafe behavior,objective analysis of pressure source of personnel in the work environment and subjective factors may pressure.According to the risk analysis and simulation results of safety barrier design for oil and gas processing system for accident prevention and risk control as the goal,the establishment of security barrier protection,and other aspects of the fire escape;the flexible riser of severe slug flow risk,puts forward the data simulation barrier and GLCC slug equipment safety barrier;establish barrier system safety data,determination module,equipment failure,pipe corrosion and external damage and personnel risk behavior for the system platform to target oil and gas treatment system,clear responsibilities,as well as the analysis and forecast data dimension need,combined with the operating characteristics of design system of offshore oil and gas production structure and the characteristics of the data are combined with accident data screening and the pretreatment method,finally using field data of the system function,the optimal combination model and algorithm The rules of personnel risk classification.
