Full hydrogenation process is an important technology for producing high quality lube base oil,including hydrotreating,isomerization dewaxing and high pressure hydrofining.In this paper,the two processes of hydrotreating and isomeric dewaxing are integrated,and the best non precious metal catalysts with high performance are prepared and the best process and conditions are investigated.The base oil with low sulfur content,low pour point and high viscosity index is produced.In this paper,SAPO-11 zeolite and metal Ni-Mo-SAPO-11 zeolite were synthesized by static hydrothermal method,and a series of carriers were prepared by combining?-Al2O3,ZSM-5 zeolite and ZSM-22 zeolite,and metal Ni and Mo and nitridation were loaded step by step,and a nitriding catalyst was obtained.The zeolite and catalysts were characterized and analyzed,and the ability of the catalyst to be integrated was evaluated by mixing,changing the metal load and changing the carrier.The effects of components and space velocity,hydrogen/oil ratio and cycle processing technology on the performance of catalyst were investigated.The experimental results show that the catalysts for hydrotreating catalysts and isomerization dewaxing catalysts with different loading ratios and different metal loadings are not effective.The pour points of the obtained base oils are all above 30?.Two series of catalysts are realized.Integration is low.The catalysts with different proportions of ZSM-5zeolite and ZSM-22 zeolite have the ability to achieve integration.Among them,the catalyst with 30wt%ZSM-5 zeolite added in the carrier has good effect.Under the conditions of pressure of 15MPa,temperature of 400?,space velocity of 0.4h-1,and hydrogen-oil volume ratio of 1000,the pour point can be achieved.Reduced to-5?,sulfur content reduced to210?g/g,nitrogen content reduced to 55?g/g,viscosity index 105.Sulfur,nitrogen and aromatic hydrocarbons in the feedstock have a relatively large influence on the catalyst.The order of influence is:nitride>aromatic hydrocarbon>sulfide.The 10%Ni-Mo-SAPO-11 metal-type catalyst possesses certain isomeric activity.Under the conditions of pressure of 15 MPa,temperature of 390?,space velocity of 0.4 h-1,and hydrogen-oil volume ratio of 1,000,the basics can be established.The oil pour point is reduced to 10?.With the increase of airspeed,the pour point and viscosity index of the base oil gradually increased.With the increase of the ratio of hydrogen to oil,the pour point of the base oil gradually decreased,and the viscosity index first increased and then decreased with the increase of the ratio of hydrogen to oil.The recycling process is beneficial to the reduction of pour point.At 390?,the pour point of hydrocracking tail oil can be reduced to-14.5? and the pour point of the extracted oil can be reduced to-17.8?.
