Due to different wells,the stages of production volume,water,temperature,crude oil viscosity are very different.to optimize the operating parameters,the "dynamic" optimization must be combined with different crude oil viscosities,water contents,temperatures and liquid production conditions.In order to improve the economy of crude oil wellbore heating and to realize fine management of wellbore heating,it is necessary to carry out detailed description of heat transfer law and optimization of operating parameters in heavy oil wellbores to guide on-site management and achieve low energy consumption.To further reduce the high energy consumption of electric heating and closed-cycle heating system,more work needs to be done.This paper gives a refined description of the traditional heat transfer model for closed hot water circulation.The effects of three kinds of insulation tubes on the temperature of liquid production were compared.And found that in order to achieve the ideal production liquid outlet temperature,the effect of thickening insulation tube is the best,and the effect of the uniform insulation tube is followed.The thinning insulation tube has the worst effect.In this paper the FLUENT is used to describe the heat transfer phenomenon in the oil ring,The effects of initial wall temperature,annulus thickness,and inner diameter of annulus were analyzed.It can be seen that the thermal resistance in the annulus increases with the thickness of the annulus,decreases with increasing inner diameter,and decreases with increasing wall temperature.The thermal contact resistance between the casing and the cement ring was analyzed and calculated by ANSYS.different shapes of contact peaks and loads on contact thermal resistance was analyzed.It can be seen that as the micro-gap size between the casing and the cement ring increases,the contact thermal resistance increases,and the contact thermal resistance decreases as the contact load increases.
