There are more than 50 countries or regions in the world that lack organic selenium.More than 70%of China is lack of organic selenium.The lack of organic selenium will cause a series of diseases to human body,such as Keshan disease,cardiomyopathy,Kashin Beck disease and cancer.At the same time,there is a phenomenon of inorganic selenium pollution all over the world.A large number of inorganic selenium emissions from factories pollute the soil and water source,thus affecting The health of human beings and animals.Microalgae can organicize inorganic selenium,but the enrichment ability of microalgae for organic selenium is limited.At present,microalgae have potential application value for increasing the selenium enrichment ability of microalgae as a research hotspot.Based on this,this paper studies the separation of microalgae species in hot spring water of Wentang Town,Jiangxi Province,studies the inhibition of bacteria in the separated microalgae,and studies the correlation between the absorbance value of the separated microalgae and the microalgae biomass.Then,the media optimization of the separated microalgae is explored.Four artps?atmospheric chamber?are carried out for the separated microalgae The downstream products developed on this basis will alleviate the diseases and inorganic selenium pollution caused by the lack of organic selenium in human body.The main contents and results of this study are as follows:?1?The microalgae in the hot spring water of Wentang Town,Jiangxi Province were separated,the bacteria in the microalgae were inhibited,and the correlation between the absorbance value and the microalgae biomass was studied.In this study,two microalgae,Chlorella and Scenedesmus,were isolated from the hot spring water of Wentang Town,Jiangxi Province.The results showed that there were a large number of bacteria in the algal solution without antibiotics,while the combination A1(100?g·ml-1 Penicillin+50?g·ml-1 Kanamycin)and A2(100?g·ml-1 Penicillin+50?g·ml-1 Gentamicin)were added After gentamicin),the bacteria in the algal solution decreased significantly,and the combination A1 had better bacteriostatic effect than combination A2.In addition,the results showed that there was a positive correlation between the absorbance and biomass of the two microalgae.?2?The carbon source,nitrogen source and phosphorus source of the culture medium of Chlorella and Scenedesmus tetradactyla were optimized to find the most suitable culture medium for microalgae growth.The optimal carbon source,nitrogen source,phosphorus source and their respective optimal concentrations were found out:0.05 mol/L glucose,14mmol/L NaNO3,0.3 mmol/L K2HPO4.?3?After four ARTP mutagenesis of Chlorella and Scenedesmus tetradactylus,the selenium enrichment ability of the microalgae was enhanced.A strain of Chlorella X8 and a strain of Scenedesmus S3 were obtained,which increased from 8 mg/L in the previous experiment to 16 mg/L.In conclusion,Chlorella and Scenedesmus tetradactylus isolated from wentangzhen hot spring water were used to optimize their culture medium and four times of ARTP selenium enriched mutagenesis,which increased the biomass and selenium enriched ability of Chlorella and Scenedesmus tetradactylus.The increase of selenium enriched ability will be of great significance to solve the problems of organic selenium deficiency and inorganic selenium pollution.
