Organic compounds containing S-N bonds are widely present in natural products and chemical raw materials.Cross dehydrogenation coupling forms a new S-N bond, which is attracting more and more chemists' attention because of its simple synthetic pathway and high atom economy. However, traditional synthesis methods require the use of metal catalysts and excess oxidants, which will inevitably cause certain environmental pollution.Organic electrochemical synthesis has attracted widespread attention as a "green chemistry" synthesis method. Therefore, this paper uses a green and pollution-free electrochemical method to construct S-N bonds.Aryl sulfone is not only an important fragment in many drugs, but also a universal intermediate for the preparation of valuable compounds. Therefore, the methods of constructing arylsulfones have attracted widespread attention from chemists. In recent years, sulfonylation reactions involving sulfur dioxide insertion, including transition metal catalysis, chemical oxidant oxidation, and photoredox catalysis, have been developed. However, these schemes have some limitations, such as poor regioselectivity, low atomic economy, and harsh reaction conditions. Here,we report a clean electrochemical oxidation C-H sulfonylation reaction. The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.In the absence of a metal catalyst and an external oxidant,S-N bonds were constructed by electrochemical deoxidation of N-H / S-H cross-hydrogen coupling between molecules, and a series of sulfenamide compounds were synthesized.2.An electrochemical oxidative C-H sulfonylation reaction of aniline without a metal catalyst and an external oxidant was developed. The universality of the substrate was investigated under the optimal conditions, and it was proved that the reaction has certain application value through gram-scale experiments. The use of cyclic voltammetry and control experiments revealed that the reaction went through a free radical cross-coupling process.
