In recent years, with the progress of society and the continuous development of science and technology, people's requirements for quality of life have gradually increased, and the requirements for food testing have become increasingly strict.Due to the complexity of the food matrix and the low content of target components, samples are often required to be properly pretreated before they can be analyzed and tested using instruments. The liquid-solid extraction technology occupies a dominant position in many sample pretreatment techniques, thus deriving several kinds of sample pretreatment techniques, such as solid phase extraction technology(SPE),solid phase microextraction technology(SPME),QuEChERS,etc. This study first developed a new integrated dispersive solid-phase extraction technology, followed by the preparation of two organic functional composite adsorbents with multiple adsorption mechanisms and combined with liquid-solid extraction technology to finally achieve the extraction and separation of trace plant growth regulators(PGRs)in complex matrix samples. The first chapter describes and discusses the research status of PGRs and the necessity of studying them;reviews several traditional techniques for sample preparation, and their purposes, requirements, and important status in the actual sample detection process;reviews the current research progress of organic functionalized mesoporous silicon materials, ionic liquids and natural fiber materials as adsorbents. In the second chapter,a new All-in-one dispersive solid phase extraction device was invented and an integrated dispersive solid phase extraction method was developed. This method maintains a closed system throughout the extraction and separation process, effectively reducing the harm caused to the health of analysts by the volatilization of organic reagents. The applicability of this method was verified by using several different types of materials as adsorbents. This method was compared with several commonly used sample preparation techniques. The results show that this technology has the advantages of short time consumption and good stability. Finally, the method was successfully applied to the detection of acemetacin in human urine. In chapter 3,1-allyl-3-propyltriethoxysilyl imidazolium chloride ionic liquid and tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)were uniformly mixed by "one-pot" reaction, and the ionic liquid functionalized mesoporous silicon adsorbent(IL-WFOMS)with rich surface functional groups, uniform mesoporous channels and large specific surface area was prepared by copolycondensation. And then it was applied to a new integrated dispersed solid phase extraction technology(I-DSPE),and a safe, reliable and convenient analytical method was established combined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to realize the simultaneous determination of four trace PGRs in fresh panax ginseng. In chapter 4,(3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane was co-polycondensed and grafted onto the surface of loofah complex fiber by surface modification method, and the ionic liquid-loofah complex fiber adsorbent material with rich functional groups was prepared by combining pentafluorobenzyl bromide ionic liquid with loofah complex fiber with exposed sulfhydryl group as medium. It was applied to DSPE,combined with high performance liquid chromatography to realize the separation and detection of the PGRs in cucumber samples.
