Coal-bed methane(CBM)is becoming more and more popular in the world because of its clean and good quality,and it has become a new type of energy developed in China in the new period.The discharging and mining of coal-bed methane should pay close attention to the production data,the reservoir characteristics,strengthening the geological analysis at the same time the introduction of automated measurement and control unit and communication technology,automation technology combined with geological analysis,the research for CBM single-well Fanzhuang blocks of automatic measurement and control unit,various functions,improve the measurement and control unit can not only improve the accuracy of geological analysis,reduce the error of the artificial tour Wells and the intensity of labor,develop high rank system,timely and accurate increase safety factor,and can also improve the single well production of coalbed methane,extend the stable period,reduce cost,achieve the coalbed methane Wells,real-time control automation.The study of this paper has important reference significance not only for Fanzhuang block,but also for other CBM production areas.This paper first analyze the general situation of the geological Fanzhuang block,to master the formation characteristics of Fanzhuang block,found the characteristics of high rank coalbed methane(CBM),and then according to the different rank method adopts the corresponding measurement and control unit,after many years of practical experience,after the comprehensive evaluation of various factors and listen to all sides,to determine a set of best practices,namely the fiber optic cable front-end ports inverter PLC a shape.The measurement and control unit USES photoelectric transmission system for optical fiber communication,which completely solves the problem of weak signal and poor communication quality of some single Wells in the mountain area.Wired acquisition ensures the accuracy,stability and real-time of data acquisition.Network port transmission,improve the efficiency of data upload and data integrity;Inverter speed control,not only to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction,but also extended the remote control function;Remote data terminal device and automatic control cabinet are integrated for easy operation.This paper has a detailed description of the generation process and corresponding configuration of the scheme.This paper to determine the measurement and control unit in the practical application of Fan Zhuang blocks that can realize real-time accurate monitoring of theproduction data,can remote control the ground equipment,timely adjust the rank system,reduce the labor intensity of the staff,to meet the functional requirements of geological rank,to provide a basis for the analysis of the geological personnel,the desired effect.
