Silver nanowires(Ag NW)have excellent electrical conductivity,low surface resistance,high transparency,and good flexibility nature.They can replace traditional transparent conductive material indium tin oxide(ITO)and realize conductive film with a flexible display.Moreover,one-dimensional nanomaterials are characterized by directional charge conduction,strong stress tolerance,and short charge transfer paths,which are considered to be extremely effective electrode materials.Therefore,Ag NW has shown great application prospects in the field of consumer electronics such as optoelectronic devices and supercapacitors.In this paper,the rapid preparation of Ag NW was achieved by modified polyol method.The effects of various process parameters on the morphology of Ag NW were discussed and the growth mechanism was analyzed in detail.On this basis,the Ag NW flexible transparent conductive films were prepared by bar coating and suction filtration-transfer method,and compared with the mixed conductive film of Ag NW/CNT with carbon nanotubes(CNT).The photoelectric properties and mechanical stability of transparent conductive film were discussed in detail.Furthermore,Ag NW were combined with other electrode materials to prepare a hybrid supercapacitor electrodes with good electrochemical performance.The main findings are as follows:Ag NW were prepared by a halide-mediated polyol method.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,PVP molecular weight and halide concentration on the morphology of the product were investigated.The role of Br~-and Cl~-in the formation of Ag NW was discussed in detail.The results showed that the addition of proper amount of NaBr and NaCl could release part of Ag~+in a graded dissolution mode,slow down the reduction rate of Ag~+and promote the formation of Ag NW.The average diameter of Ag NW prepared were 70 nm and the average length were 20.83?m.Ag NW-based transparent conductive films were prepared by bar coating and suction filtration-transfer method.The effects of the number of bar coatings on the photoelectric properties were studied.When the bar was applied 7 times,the conductive film obtained had a transmittance of 87.0%and the average sheet resistance was about 45.0?/sq.The photoelectric properties and mechanical stability of Ag NW films and Ag NW/CNT films were compared.It was found that the Ag NW/CNT transparent conductive films prepared at the same volume amount have a higher transmittance than the Ag NW transparent conductive films,but theirs sheet resistance was higher than that of the Ag NW films.The flexible transparent conductive film prepared by using Ag NW/CNT in an amount of 0.2 mL had a sheet resistance of 65.5?/sq and a transmittance of 87.8%.In addition,the good mechanical stability of the CNT can provide a certain protective effect on the conductive film.The Ag NW/PPy core-shell electrode materials were prepared by in-situ polymerization.The electrochemical properties of CNT/PPy and Ag NW/CNT/PPy electrodes prepared under the same conditions were compared.The results show that the specific capacitance of Ag NW/PPy was 65.50 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g,and it has a lower equivalent series resistance,which exhibited better electrochemical performance than CNT/PPy and Ag NW/CNT/PPy.At the same time,the effect of Ag NW dosage on the electrochemical performance of CNT/PPy electrode was investigated.It was found that the addition of Ag NW promoted the electrochemical performance of CNT/PPy electrode.When the current density was 1 A/g,the specific capacitance of CNT/PPy-Ag NW electrode materials prepared under optimal conditions was79.75 F/g.It was 432%higher than CNT/PPy and have a good rate performance and low diffusion resistance.Hydrogel electrode materials RGO/Ag NW/PPy and RGO-Ag NW based on reduced graphene oxide(RGO)and loaded with Ag NW/PPy and Ag NW were prepared by one-step chemical reduction.The effects of the amount of Ag NW/PPy and Ag NW on the electrochemical performance of RGO were investigated.It was found that the addition of Ag NW/PPy and Ag NW can effectively increase the specific capacitance of RGO.At a current density of 0.5 A/g,the specific capacitance of the RGO-Ag NW hydrogel electrode prepared under optimal conditions was 81.69 F/g,which was 101%higher than that of the RGO electrode,while the specific capacitance of the RGO/Ag NW/PPy electrode was 81.50 F/g,which was223%higher than the RGO electrode,and had a good rate performance.In general,Ag NW/CNT transparent conductive films prepared based on highly conductive Ag NW exhibit good photoelectric properties and mechanical stability.Moreover,Ag NW have a good effect on the electrochemical performance of supercapacitor electrodes.
