| With the increasing of urban sewage and industrial waste water,the amount of sludge produced in sewage treatment plant is increasing rapidly.Sewage sludge is a complex multi phase,containing bacteria,heavy metals and other toxic substances,if not properly handled,on the human body and the environment will cause great harm.Traditional sludge treatment methods are land reclamation,composting and incineration.Although these methods can make sludge reduction,but the sludge treatment is not complete,there are two pollution and easy to produce air pollution.Therefore,the treatment of sludge at the present stage should be harmless,resource based.Dry distillation sludge treatment is a potential thermochemical treatment technology of,its not only the sludge reduction and secondary pollution is less,the product with high value.This topic is one of the key sub of Guangzhou Yin Green Environment Technology Development Co.,Ltd.in November 2013 which approved the project of "Resident sludge retorting and resource utilization equipment development(pilot)" project.The purpose of this sub project is to realize the intelligence of the whole plant equipment in accordance with the company’s existing equipment.In this topic,we use PLC to control each device and realize the storage of data,the host computer is responsible for human-computer interaction and algorithm control.Mainly completes the control based on PLC of the entire plant,based on MATLAB of hot blast stove intelligent control,and based on Kingview entire plant monitoring three main contents.Due to the chaos of the plant equipment,there is no unified planning,we first carried out all the equipment of the regular,all wiring to unity,drawing the whole plant circuit diagram and control system diagram of a set,and the realization of the PLC on the whole plant area equipment,the basic control.In the whole system,the hot air furnace temperature control has a large hysteresis,and nonlinear characteristics,and hot air furnace for the whole system to provide heat source,is the whole system of "heart",for the hot stove temperature control directly determines the quality of the finished product is qualified.Hot air furnace temperature control is the key of the whole set of equipment.In this paper we through the PLC acquisition controlled amount of data,using DDE communication software Kingview and MATLAB for data of neuro fuzzy control,and finally returns the results to the controlled device to realize temperature control of hot blast stove.This makes up for the PLC can not be used for complex algorithms and MATLAB can not be used for industrial control of the defects.Combining the advantages of the two,the whole system is stable and accurate.For the monitoring of the entire plant we use Kingview software,Kingview by PLC will plant area of the sensor and the transmitter data display,and generate reports for analysis.Finally,after up to two months of adjustment and testing.The whole system is proved to run stably and reliably,which meets the requirement of the factory. |
