Research On Equipment Lubrication Management And Oil Analysis Technology Of Shendong Coal Group

In recent years,Shendong Coal Group has successively adopted rotating ferrography,physical and chemical index analysis,pollution test,spectral analysis and other oil analysis techniques to carry out a series of large-scale coal mine equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis applications.On the basis of summarizing the working experience of oil analysis,this paper systematically studies the standardized lubrication management of coal enterprises and the comprehensive oil monitoring and analysis technology based on various technical means in order to improve the accuracy and scientificity of coal mine equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.On the basis of discussing the concept of equipment lubrication management,this paper clarifies the selection principle,storage and transportation management,oil analysis,waste oil recovery and other contents of oil used in coal mine equipment,establishes the oil analysis laboratory for coal mine equipment,equipped with oil analysis instruments such as ferrograph,iron gauge,contamination detector,spectrometer,etc.The testing process of emulsified oil sample,abnormal particle oil sample,contaminated oil sample,diesel engine oil and other oil samples was established.In technical research,the correlation between oil contamination and abrasive particle content,ferromagnetic particle index and ferrography analysis technology,additives and physical and chemical indicators were analyzed by using correlation research method,which realized the mutual complement and confirmation of oil multi-parameter monitoring information.The weights of each index were analyzed,and the importance of each index was ranked in order to enhance the reliability and objectivity of diagnosis.The relative deterioration model was constructed to evaluate the deterioration of lubricating oil,and the scientific evaluation of coal mine equipment wear and lubrication was realized.This paper explores the oil analysis technology of Shendong Coal Group,and carries out a series of Application Research on ferrography analysis technology for large-scale coal mine equipment.Taking shearer as an example,the typical abrasive pattern of main parts of shearer is summarized,and the wear grades of different types of oil samples are classified.The case of damage monitoring and analysis provides a reference for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of large-scale coal mine equipment based on oil analysis technology.
