Sterilization on the surface of public facilities timely can effectively prevent bacterial infection caused by contact.Photothermal sterilization as a new type of sterilization technology has the advantages of convenient,environmental-friendly,rapid,broad-spectrum sterilization.Polyaniline?PANI?is considered as one of the most promising photothermal materials.Here,PANI coatings were prepared that can be used in the field of photothermal sterilization.The effect of dopants in the photothermal sterilization performance was studied.Firstly,PANI colloids doped with H2SO4,HCl,H3PO4 were prepared.The PANI coating was prepared through electrostatic adsorption between PANI colloids and cellulose films.The structure and physical properties of the materials was investigated by FT-IR,UV-vis and XRD.The photothermal conversion capability of the materials was measured by temperature rising experiments,the photothermal sterilization performance of three acid-doped PANI coatings were evaluated by plate counting method.The experimental results demonstrated that acid-doped PANI colloids has higher photothermal conversion ability than de-doped PANI,acid-doped PANI coatings have good photothermal sterilization performance.Then the influence of load and irradiation distance of PANI on the sterilization performance was investigated.The results showed that the load of PANI was positively correlated with the sterilization performance.In the experiment about the irradiation distance and sterilization performance,the sterilization rate and reusability were examined.It was found that the sterilization rate was negatively correlated with the irradiation distance,and the reusability and irradiation distance were positive related.Based on the above factors,the PANI coating at the concentration of 0.125g/L and distance of 3 cm has high sterilization rate and good reusability.In order to improve the photothermal efficiency of PANI materials and the sterilization ability of the coating,different proportions of FeCl3 were added to the prepared H2SO4 doped PANI.The iron???-doped PANI coatings were prepared following the electrostatic adsorption mechanism as the previous section.Combining with the results of acid-doped PANI,light-absorbing properties,crystallinity,morphology,thermal stability,photothermal conversion ability of iron???PANI were explored,then tested the sterilization performance of the coatings.The experimental results showed that the iron???complexed with the amine groups in PANI.When the proportions of FeCl3 was appropriate,the iron???were evenly doped in the PANI nanofibers,and the thermal stability of the material was greatly improved,and absorption intensity in the visible light range was significantly improved.The sterilization experiments showed that the photothermal sterilization performance of iron???-doped coatings were greatly improved and the sterilization rate was up to 100%.
