The implement of UHV DC power transmission and transformation project for power transmission is an important way for China's current air pollution controlling action plan and the Inner Mongolia clean energy base and channel construction projects.However,the noise pollution generated by UHV power transmission and transformation facilities has become a major environmental problem that needs to be solved in current power transmission and transformation projects urgently.At present,the Ximeng-Shengli 1000 kV UHV AC transmission and transformation project is completed and put into operation,and the acceptance inspection of environmental protection is also accomplished.However,according to the monitoring results of the acceptance inspection,the noise at the station boundary of the Ximeng 1000 kV substation does not meet the requirements of the Class 2 standard in the Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Boundary(GB12348-2008).In order to make the terminal noise of the Ximeng 1000 kV substation meet the relevant standards so that the noise tax can be avoided to pay,the present research analyzes and studies the final scale of the Ximeng 1000 kV substation.Firstly,the present study analysis the technological characteristics of the equipment producing noises,causes of the noises and the sound power level in Ximeng 1000 kV substation(The equipment includes 1000 kV transformer and 1000 kV high-voltage reactor).Then analysis the noise reduction scheme of Shengli 1000 kV substation in Ximeng.Meanwhile the noise reduction measures are also listed for reference.SoundPLAN acoustic calculation software is adopted to the simulation and prediction of noise for the final scale of Ximeng 1000 kV substation.Three scenarios were proceed respectively,including increasing the height of the wall,adopting high anti-Box-in,and a combined method of the two measures.It is proved that the noise of the final scale station boundary of Ximeng 1000 kV substation can be discharged up the standard by means of the third method.This research can provide reference bases for the subsequent noise control of Ximeng 1000 kV substation.
