In today's society,carpet as a kind of traditional handicraft has gradually entered the public's field of vision,became a kind of indispensable beautification household things,have the figure of carpet in all sorts of places,demand is high.At the same time,people also more and more fastidious to the design of carpet,no longer be confined to the carpet design of general public type,often obtain admire in the heart design through the means such as taking a picture,the processing that passes carpet factory again weaves and become.With the increasing demands of customers,the required patterns are more and more complicated,which greatly increases the difficulty of manual planning of the track before carpet processing.Nowadays,how to use the technology of image recognition and motion control to realize the automatic recognition of carpet pattern and the automatic planning of carpet machine motion path has become the key problem of intelligent carpet weaving.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward an idea to realize the automatic planning of carpet machine moving track by automatic recognition of carpet pattern.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing the characteristics of carpet pattern and the movement characteristics of carpet machine,a general scheme of automatic carpet pattern recognition for automatic carpet machine movement path planning was proposed.The scheme mainly includes carpet pattern recognition module and carpet machine motion path planning module.(2)Automatic recognition of carpet pattern.First uses the color quantization algorithm,using accords with human visual perception Lab color space to quantify the carpet design tens of thousands of kinds of color processing,and then in the research on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of k-means clustering algorithm,using a kind of adaptive k-means clustering algorithm,this algorithm can according to the human eye perception to the minimum off color automatically determine the clustering number,reduce human intervention,the clustering results more accurate and effective to improve the accuracy and timeliness of the algorithm.(3)Automatic track planning of carpet machine.Firstly,the principle,advantages and disadvantages of various edge detection operators were analyzed,and a Canny algorithm which can automatically determine the threshold value was used to improve the accuracy of edge detection.Secondly,a contour tracking algorithm based on eight direction chain code is used togenerate the contour track of color block image.Finally,based on the analysis of scan line filling,seed filling and spiral filling algorithms,a spiral filling algorithm based on mathematical theory is developed,which reduces mechanical wear and significantly improves the quality of carpet compared with the traditional filling method.(4)Enterprise actual carpet order pattern,for example,the trajectory planning carpet pattern recognition and carpet machine and so on has carried on the actual production of carpet show that compared with the traditional mechanism of carpet,carpet pattern of automatic identification and motion trajectory of automatic programming to a great extent,improve the efficiency of the carpet production,can achieve more uniform stitch and stitch.
