With the intensification of homogenization competition of domestic refined oil products and the implementation of the same standards for the quality of oil products in the domestic oil industry,consumers' understanding of the differences in the quality of oil products has gradually become smaller.In order to take advantage of the competition with the same industry,oil operators have pressed the sales profit very low,and many factors have intensified the fierce competition in the refined oil industry,especially in the end market,which makes the Profits in the refined oil industry are getting lower and lower.In the oil product competition,there will inevitably be price war and promotion war,and the consequences are various.Price war and promotion war increase consumers' expectation of price reduction,make the competition of oil industry increasingly fierce,make the oil industry in the vicious price reduction cycle,and the enterprises related to the oil product industry are facing survival difficulties.In this case,non-oil business came into being.This paper takes the non-oil business operation of Hebei Xiong'an sales branch of CNPC as the research object.Firstly,it combs the development status of the company's non-oil business,and finds that there are four main problems in the development of non-oil business of CNPC Xiong'an,which are the lack of relevant professional management personnel,the inaccurate positioning of non-oil business,the lack of scale effect of non-oil business,and the high pressure of business competition Secondly,from the advantages and disadvantages of the company's internal environment and the opportunities and threats of the external environment,this paper analyzes the conditions for CNPC Xiong'an to carry out its non-oil business,including the advantages and disadvantages;thirdly,it draws on the advanced experience of the United States,Europe,Japan and other countries in developing non-oil business;finally,from the precise positioning of non-oil market,non-oil business management,non-oil business differentiation,non-oil business Business operation efficiency and non-oil business talent management put forward the development countermeasures of non-oil business of PetroChina Xiong'an company,and elaborated the guarantee measures for the implementation of the above countermeasures.Through the above research,I hope to provide good suggestions and help for the development of non-oil business of Hebei Xiong'an sales branch of CNPC,so as to further enhance the market competitiveness of the company.
