Now with increasingly serious environment pollution,functional superhydrophobic nano-composites have great application potential in many fields such as life,production,and medical treatment.In this thesis,multivariate micro/nano classification structures Cu-WO3-Ag composite coatings with superhydrophobic,self-cleaning and antibacterial performance were constructed and fabricated using composite electrodeposition technology and electrochemical exchange reaction.The surface microstructure,composition,influencing factors and the application properties of the composite deposits were studied.The main results are listed as follows:?1?The nanocomposite coatings of Cu-WO3 was experimented and preparated by the composite electrodeposition.The effects of process parameters on the morphologies and WO3 contents of the nanocomposite coatings were studied.The wettability,self-cleaning,wear resistance,adhesion,and photocatalytic properties of the nanocomposite coatings were investigated.The experimental results show that the surface of the Cu-WO3 composite coatings have micro-and nano-structures and the WO3 contents of the coatings could reach the maximum value of 25.9%under the concentration of WO3 of 10 g/L in the electrolyte,the current density of 3 A/dm2,the electrodepositing time of 60 min,the stirring speed of 500 r/min,the temperature of40°C and using combinations of cationic CTAB and non-ionic PEG surfactants.After the fluorination modification,the contact angles of the composite surfaces were about157°.Compared to pure Cu coating,the composite coatings had significantly properties on self-cleaning and photocatalytic degradation of organic solution under sunlight.?2?Nanocomposite coatings of Cu-WO3/Ag were prepared by the composite electrodeposition and the electrochemical exchange reaction method.The effects of the concentration of AgNO3 and the reaction time on the surface morphologies,the wettability,the durability and the antibacterial properties of the Cu-WO3/Ag nanocomposite coatings were studied.The nanocomposite coatings with feather-like micro and nano structure were prepared when the concentration of AgNO3 was 0.05 M and the reaction time was 10 min.The contact angles of the composite surfaces with the fluorination modification were about 165°,and sliding angles were about 2°.The composite coatings had the same antibacterial performances on the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.With the conditions of concentration of AgNO3 of 0.05 M and the reaction time of 5 min,the composite coatings had excellent antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphyococcus aureus.The prepared Cu-WO3/Ag composite coatings with micro-nano structure had significantly self-cleaning properties,adhesion resistance,wear resistance and durable antibacterial properties using the above method.
