Hydrazine is an important industrial chemical reagent with strong alkalinity,nucleophilicity and reducibility,which plays an important role in the fields of pharmaceuticals,textiles,agrochemicals and aviation.However,hydrazine is also a highly toxic industrial chemical.After the hydrazine solution is absorbed through the oral cavity,skin,nose and other ways,it will cause many problems to the health of human body and animals.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a sensitive and efficient method for the quantitative and qualitative detection of hydrazine in environmental and physiological processes.Based on the advantages of fluorescence probe,such as low cost,fast and convenient operation,high sensitivity,etc.In this paper,two series of new hydrazine fluorescent probes were synthesized.The main research contents are as follows:1.By introducing two different recognition sites into the chromophores,we designed two hydrazine probes.Only when the two recognition sites react with hydrazine could the corresponding fluorescence of the probe be changed and the selectivity of the probe to hydrazine be improved.In addition,based on the superposition of the two effects the sensitivity of the probe to hydrazine was improved.In the second chapter,three hydrazine fluorescent probes(1,2,3)were designed with benzimidazole,benzothiazole and1,8-naphthalimide as the fluorophores.These probes have good selectivity and high sensitivity to hydrazine.In addition,the three probes showed the potential to detect different levels of hydrazine in real water samples and living cells.2.Based on the tandem reaction initiated by hydrazine,we designed two hydrazine fluorescence probes.Tandem reaction makes the probe produce bigger conjugation system,so as to enhance the fluorescence intensity of the probe.Imino coumarin has high photostability and quantum efficiency.In Chapter 3,two novel hydrazine fluorescent probes 4 and 5 based on series reaction were designed and synthesized.The recognition performance andrecognition mechanism of the two probes was studied.In addition,the two probes have been successfully applied to the detection of hydrazine in water samples and living cells.
