Research On Optimization Of Inventory Management Of Maintenance Spare Parts Of Petro China Jiangsu LNG Co.,Ltd.

With the gradual increase of the proportion of liquefied natural gas in domestic clean energy consumption in recent years,LNG receiving stations have increasingly higher weight and influence on the functional positioning of energy supply.In order to meet the stable operation of special equipment for LNG receiving stations,the corresponding equipment maintenance spare parts supply and maintenance spare parts inventory have also become an important support for their role in supporting energy supply;at the same time,the inventory cost of maintenance spare parts,the cost of capital occupation and the turnover rate have also become important factors affecting the operating profit of LNG receiving stations.This paper takes the inventory management of maintenance spare parts for the special equipment of the receiving station of PetroChina Jiangsu LNG Co.,Ltd.as an example,first of all,make an in-depth analysis of the company's maintenance spare parts inventory turnover,the status of maintenance plan implementation,the status of spare parts inventory management and management,and summarize the problems,reasons and severity of the company's maintenance spare parts inventory management;Formulate maintenance spare parts inventory optimization goals,identify key equipment,formulate key equipment maintenance strategies,compile equipment maintenance bill of materials,and determine the composition of maintenance spare parts;Use the combination of ABC classification method and CVA analysis method is used for the second-order combination classification of key equipment maintenance spare parts.For different weighted maintenance spare parts,the inventory service level is determined,the inventory inspection method is determined,and the inventory shortage control strategy is formulated.Use time series smoothing model and mean time between failures(MTBF)to predict the number of spare parts required for key equipment maintenance,analyze the data results,select the optimal forecast method to predict the amount of spare parts inventory,on this basis,calculate the amount ofsafety stock,economic order quantity,and determine the reorder point;Finally,based on the above methods,the maintenance and spare parts inventory management optimization was carried out through multiple perspectives including optimization of maintenance plans,optimization of equipment operation and operation,supply chain procurement and optimization of inventory management.After the practical application effect of the above maintenance spare parts inventory management optimization,PetroChina Jiangsu LNG Co.,Ltd.can significantly reduce the cost of maintenance spare parts inventory,improve the redundancy of inventory spare parts,control the out-of-stock cost,and finally reach the maintenance spare parts inventory to meet equipment operation reliability while minimizing the total cost of optimization.
