In the mechanical manufacturing industry,numerical control processing equipment is more and more widely used.Among them,the processing of plane,drilling,reaming,contour and other features of CNC machining equipment accounts for more than 80%,and these features of parts are obvious in the processing of end covers and bearing parts.There are many models,similar shapes and different sizes of end covers and bearing parts,which need to change the program frequently during machining,which affects the machining efficiency.At the same time,the equipment of small and medium-sized enterprises is limited by the scale,the equipment is relatively old,and there is also a lack of high skilled talents who are proficient in CAM software programming.On the basis of the current enterprise scale,it is difficult to solve such problems,reducing the efficiency of enterprise production.In this paper,the end covers and bearing parts with many models and complicated shapes are analyzed.According to the most common shape features in the processing of these parts,such as plane processing,drilling,reaming,fillet and so on,according to the corresponding processing technology requirements,combined with the mathematical formula,the characteristics are summarized.On this basis,based on the FANUC system,the corresponding processing macro program is designed,which is convenient for use.Through Cimcoedit numerical control simulation software,the typical end cover and bearing seat are simulated and analyzed by using automatic programming and macro programming respectively,and the processing data are compared,which verifies the feasibility,convenience and accuracy of using macro programming.Through the research on the macro program of the machining features of the end covers and bearing parts,it has a wide range of application,a simple and fast program,and a high accuracy and reliability.Moreover,the use of macro program aided machining programming is also suitable for the old CNC equipment services of small and medium-sized enterprises,reducing the dependence of enterprises on skilled CAM programming personnel,and achieving the effect of reducing the cost of enterprises.
