In the Middle East of China,there are abundant coal resources under the "three underground"(under buildings,under railways and under water bodies)in the mining area.There are prominent problems in mining,such as underground dynamic disasters such as rock burst and floor water inrush,and the destruction of buildings and structures caused by surface subsidence.From the bottom to the top,filling mining can effectively control floor water inrush,rock fracture and migration,rock burst and mine pressure,and surface subsidence,etc.In the process of filling mining practice,from the point of view of mine pressure and strata control,increasing the filling rate can effectively control strata movement and surface subsidence,while from the point of view of prevention and control of surface subsidence,considering the development of rock burst and open fractures,the filling rate can be appropriately reduced to improve economic benefits.In consideration of the surface subsidence fortification index,the control of mine pressure and rock strata is the key to realize the green economic mining of coal resources.Based on the engineering background of the first filling face of Gaohe energy e1302,this paper studies the law of overburden movement,high-efficiency paste filling mining technology,mining pressure and surface subsidence control of the filling face by means of collecting field practice data,collecting engineering measured data,laboratory test,theoretical and numerical analysis,and obtains the following research results:(1)The load of the direct roof of Gaohe energy 3 coal seam is 0.042 mpa,and the load of the basic roof is 0.282 mpa.The first breaking step of the fixed beam structure formed by the direct roof and the basic roof in the mining process of the working face is 19.8m and 41.05 m.In order to ensure that the roof will not be broken in large area during filling,and the roof will not fall directly,so as to improve the filling effect,the filling rate should be controlled over 95%.(2)This paper puts forward the filling mining technology and filling system suitable for Gaohe energy,studies the high-efficiency filling mining method of canceling the "isolation class" and "solidification class",that is,the application of highefficiency filling support can cancel the isolation class,and the addition of accelerator can cancel the solidification class,greatly improving the filling efficiency,which is nearly one time higher than the current technical efficiency.(3)The average working resistance of hydraulic support in Gaohe energy paste filling face is 13.45 mpa,which is obviously smaller than that of support in fully mechanized caving mining.After the working face is filled,the filling body controls the movement of the overlying strata,and the overlying strata are not broken or periodically pressured.(4)The maximum subsidence value is 46 m m,the subsidence coefficient of filling mining can be controlled at 0.061,the maximum subsidence of the surface building area of filling mining is 75 mm,the maximum inclination deformation is 1.3mm/m,and the maximum horizontal deformation is 0.8 M m / m,the deformation value of buildings is within 80% of the allowable value of class I damage,and all buildings within the mining influence range are reliably protected.There are 35 figures,9 tables and 79 references in the dissertation.
