North China is a coal field with a long history of mining in China.After a long period of mining,the part with better geological conditions has gradually been mined and turned to shallow and deeper areas with more complicated geological conditions in search of coal resources.The threat of sand and water breach and karst water damage on the floor has become increasingly prominent.At present,there are already more favorable treatment methods for large-scale water inrush accidents in Ordovician limestone,such as sinking columns,faults and other conventional channels.Large-scale water inrush accidents have gradually decreased,and the accidents are gradually turning to covert.Jining Mining Area is an atypical large water mining area in North China coalfields.In history,there have been fewer incidents of water inrush from Ordovician limestone water.The aquifer in Ordovician limestone damage in this area is 200m away from 3 coal seams,and the normal conditions are small and not threatened by water damage.If the formulas or methods provided by the"Coal Mine Safety Regulations"and"Coal Mine Water Control Rules"are simply followed,it may be possible to give water control work on site Bringing wrong guidance and causing accidents.This paper takes the"9.10"Ordovician limestone water burst accident in Xiaoyun Coal Mine in 2018 as the research object,and uses theoretical analysis,field interviews and surveys,field survey construction of coal mine shafts,and effect verification to study the mechanism,evaluation methods,and treatment of the Ordovician limestone water inrush.The model has been studied in depth,and the following research results have been obtained:(1)Through the analysis of the geological conditions of the Xiaoyun Coal Mine,explore the interpretation of various details of the water inrush process.It is considered that the 3 coal mining in the Xiaoyun Coal Mine is mainly affected by the Austrian aquifer in Ordovician limestone.Geological conduction of Ordovician limestone water,the focus area is the complex geological structure and hidden structure area.(2)By analyzing the hydrogeological conditions during the"9.10"Xiaoyun Coal Mine's Ordovician limestone water inrush accident,a comprehensive and comprehensive analysis of the precursor of water inrush in hidden geological structures was made,and a multi-factor warning content was proposed.(3)By analyzing the characteristics of water inrush from the 1313 working face of Xiaoyun Coal Mine,the research treatment plan is designed to cover the source of plugging and plugging,which has achieved the effect of rapid economical water damage treatment;analysis of dynamic data such as the water level of Austrian Ordovician limestone during the plugging process In order to determine the channel plugging situation,it provides a solid foundation for grouting projects.During the actual hydrogeological situation measurement and collection process,the relevant information of the Austrian aquifer in Ordovician limestone was further calculated.(4)A total of 4 grouting holes were constructed in this water plugging project.The cumulative grouting cap slurry was 26622.6m~3,and the injection channel was36394.2m~3,forming a plugging column with a diameter of about 30m and a length of150m.The final hole and grouting final pressure standards have all passed acceptance,and the water blocking efficiency has reached more than 98%.After calculation,the water-proofing capacity of the cap body and the passage has reached the requirements of the"Details of Coal Mine Water Prevention and Control",Austrian grey water has been effectively blocked,and safe production has been resumed downhole for nearly a year.The Xiaoyun Coal Mine's Austrian ash water inrush control project has a short time,saves materials and has a good plugging effect.It has achieved good social and economic benefits and has reference and promotion value for other mines.The paper has 20 figures,17 tables,and 65 references.
