The rapid development of modern industry, although the national economy continues to develop, but the resources and ecological environment have paid a huge price for this.In the development process of various countries, there have been stumbling blocks such as climate change, persistent organic pollutants, biodiversity and sudden environmental pollution incidents.Protecting the ecological environment and sustainable development has become the consensus. An article named "Several Issues of Irrigation" published in 1911;An article named "Tragedy of the Commons" published in 1968;An article named "Public Issues" published in 2011…… The journals on environmental pollution have never been stopped publishing, which explains to a certain extent,People gradually began to pay attention to the impact of environmental pollution on social life, and hope to improve people's living standards through the protection of the environment. Therefore,a number of papers on the theme of “How to change the current environmental pollution situation” came into being, but it seems that the publication of the article does not play a role in hindering environmental pollution and cannot hinder the continued destruction of the environment.Nowadays, the problem of global warming has not been solved, the problem of land pollution is becoming more and more serious, and the air quality is becoming worse and worse...The happiness of people's lives has begun to decline drastically, and environmental protection is imminent. What should be done in orderto slow down or even stop the environment from continuing to be polluted, and prevent the further destruction of the living environment into one of the most important issues is that the society and the government should solve them urgently. In response to such a situation, the government has made some responses, using emissions trading rights and environmental credit assessment to reduce pollution emissions, and issued a series of environmental protection policies to carry out environmental governance in a small area. But what the government can do is only long-term planning, and it is necessary for them to take into account costs and benefits. As a result, environmental protection is less efficient, and the speed of protection is far less than the speed of destruction. In order to improve the efficiency of environmental protection and green development, economists believe that the intervention of financial markets may solve the current problems.Under such a social environment, green finance and green credit have emerged. In September 2015,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Overall Plan for the Reform of the Ecological Civilization System",proposing to resume the green financial system and promote green credit. At this point, green credit has entered a new stage, from departmental documents to national strategies, and the term “green credit” has also appeared frequently in various documents and fields. These related policies all indicate that green finance and green credit have begun to enter the eyes of our nationals.Indeed,in the initial stage of the development of green finance and green credit,China has achieved certain results. In addition to the above two related documents,21 banking financial institutions in China have established green credit strategies, and have established green credit-related systems and measures, forming a multi-level green credit from banks to regulatory authorities and governments.Under such circumstances, the balance of green credits continues to increase, and environmental protection benefits are obvious. In other words, the launch of green credit has indeed helped the solution of environmental pollution problems.Although we have achieved certain results in our country, and green finance and green credit have been developed abroad for many years,we have a relativelycomplete system, but for our country,it is still a relatively new thing, never before. Therefore, certain problems and obstacles appear in the initial development stage are inevitable phenomena. In addition to the above two related documents, there is a lack of more detailed documents that can really guide everyone to rationally carry out green credit, lack of uniform loan standards for domestic banks, insufficient information disclosure, information asymmetry, and unclear liability of lenders....These are all stumbling blocks that hinder the further development of China's green credit. We need to find solutions to the problems in the process of development.Since green finance includes green credit, green insurance, and green credit rights, the scope is too broad. Therefore, this paper will select green credit as the main analysis object. That is to say, this paper mainly explains the situation, deficiencies and corresponding solutions of green credit development in China through case analysis. It consists mainly of five chapters, which will provide a more in-depth analysis of the contents of the above main research. The first chapter is the background part of this article. In view of the current environmental pollution situation, what kind of efforts have we made in the face of this status quo,why do we finally choose green credit to help solve related environmental protection issues,etc.guide.The second chapter is a detailed description of the concept of green credit and the development of green credit in China today. The third chapter mainly discusses the obstacles encountered by green credit in the development process of China and its own shortcomings, including the lack of more detailed documents that can really guide everyone to rationally carry out green credit, and the lack of uniformity among domestic banks.Loan standards and insufficient information disclosure have completely led to information asymmetry and unclear liability of lenders, and some cases have been inserted into these issues for certain analysis. The fourth chapter is to propose the author's suggestions for the related issues mentioned in the third chapter, mainly from the aspects of full disclosure of information, improvement of relevant laws and regulations, unified loan standards, and reference to foreign countries,to improve green credit and promote It is better to protect the environment and achieve the original purpose of setting up green credit. The fifth chapter will draw the author'sfinal conclusion, and a more in-depth summary of the full text. This article will explore the current status, deficiencies and solutions to the current obstacles through case studies. In contrast to most pure empirical studies, this article focuses more on practical aspects of inquiry. However, due to its own level problems and limitations of objective conditions, the analysis of this paper may be relatively rough, and there is still a large room for improvement due to the support of a large amount of data, which will continue to be improved in subsequent research.
