Composite materials have unique advantages in industrial applications, and they will be expanded in many ways in the future years, how to evaluate the material properties of composite materials is even more important.Composite material with highly anisotropic mechanical properties, and its mechanical properties are the focus of the study. Therefore, this paper proposes the use of full-field deformation measurement method to study the composite material interlayer compression mechanical behavior.Firstly, this paper summarizes the research work on the inversion of composite constitutive relation of the whole field deformation measurement technology. And introduces the full-field deformation measurement technology which is digital image correlation method(DIC)and non-standard short beam shear test(SBS)for composite material.Secondly, the finite element reconstruction technique is introduced, and use the method to smooth the simulated displacement field, which is carry with random noise, then calculate the strain field. The influence of random noise level and displacement field gradient on the size selection of finite element reconstruction unit is discussed in the process, and the optimal finite element reconstruction unit size is obtained by minimizing the strain variance. Finally, the compressive Young's modulus in the composite constitutive relation of the composite is obtained by the finite element model correction technique combined with the numerical simulation displacement field recognition.By comparing the different levels of random noise and reconstructing the size of the reconstructed cells with different sizes the effect on the recognition of the modulus results. Finally, this paper use the above method and the optimal finite element reconstruction size,to identify the results of short beam shear test of the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based(IM7 / 8552)composite single-sided plate, and obtain the interlayer compression Elastic modulus.Simultaneously, analyze the effects of image noise on the uncertainty of the inversion results..
