Conjugated polyelectrolytes are connected by covalent bonding with one or several units. The ? bond is formed by paralleling p orbitals. So the electron can motive freely in the backbone.Conjugated polyelectrolytes has excellent opoelectronic properties. They can be used in the organic optoelectronic devices,bio-sensors and chemical probe.Increasing conjugated degree can adjust the fluorescent emission wavelength of compounds. However, because of the conjugated polyelectrolytes' rigid conformation, they have the tendency to aggregate especially in solid state. This phenomemon limited the application of conjugated polyelectrolytes in the practical applications. With the discovery and development of aggregation-induced emission compounds,we can design and optimize the molecular structure.Comparing to the traditional fluorescent compounds, the materials with aggregation-induced emission characteristic have the outstanding advantages. In this thesis, pyrrole derivatives have been synthesized. Then conjugated polyelectrolytes were successfully designed and synthesized. We incorporated the pyrrole with AEE characteristic into conjugated polymers' backbone.Further,UV-vis and FL were used to study the luminescence properties of the conjugated polyelectrolytes.Through the addition of heparin,we study the AEE phenomena and mechanism of the conjugated polyelectrolytes. The fluorescence of conjugated polyelectrolytes shows a linear relationship with the concentration of the heparin.
