| In recent years,the research of mixed explosive formulations has been widely carried out in the world,aiming at obtaining high output energy and improving the safety of explosives.As an important component in blended explosives,the interface effect between the insensitive agents and the explosive particles plays an important role in the safety and mechanical properties of explosives.Paraffin is a common desensitize and easy to slip.It can buffer the impact energy of explosives,which plays a role in the insensitive.In the previous study,the project team used paraffin as a insensitive agent and obtained hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane(HNIW)press-mixed explosive.The good energy output,density and sensitivity were obtained,which laid a good foundation for its further application.But in the study also found that the mixed explosives blunt with paraffin prone to the problem of cracking on the edge of explosive column.This influenced the application of mixed explosives.Therefore,in this study,the properties of the HNIW hybrid explosives blunt with paraffin were improved by the research on toughening properties of paraffin blunt agent,which can meet the application requirements of HNIW mixed explosives.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The paraffin was toughened by wax type,resin type and rubber type toughening agent.Considering the toughness and compressive modulus,EVA,SBR and SBS were the preferred choices.The optimum amount of EVA,SBR and SBS are 8%,6% and 10%,respectively.Under the optimum amount,the mechanical properties and thermal decomposition properties were tested.The thermal stability of WAX/SBS system is the best.(2)The compatibility,blendability,mechanical properties and intermolecular interaction parameters of WAX,WAX/EVA,WAX/SBR and WAX/SBS were studied by molecular dynamics simulation method.The stability of WAX/SBS system is the best.The effect of the amount of toughening agent on the modulus was consistent with the experimental study.The results provide theoretical basis for the experimental study of toughening of paraffin.(3)The modified paraffin was used as a desensitizer instead of paraffin to prepare HNIW mixed powder and its press-mixed explosive.The thermal decomposition property,sensitivity and mechanical properties were tested.The results show that the WAX/SBS system powder has the highest apparent activation energy;The WAX/SBR system powder has low sensitivity,and good security;The explosive column of WAX/SBS has high strength and good mechanical properties.The study results on the topic obtained a suitable toughener system for the toughening of paraffin wax and established a preferred experimental method to study the toughening system of deterrent agent,which combined the basic experimental method,the simulation study and the application study.It is of great significance to the HNIW mixed explosive actual application. |
