Mass spectrometry is a strong analysis tool with great sensibility and specificity.With the development of ambient ionization,which could shorten or avoid preparation process before mass spectrometry.Molecular imprinted polymer(MIP)show the great enrichment capability of target molecule or others which has similar structures.In this study,a new ambient ionization was developed and this ionization could achieve a rapid determination of real samples.This study introduced a new ambient ionization techniques combining with membrane electrospray ionization and MIP which can shorten preratarion process of complex real sample and have a lower limit of dection/quantitation.Also,this study investigated the linear range and concention of limit of dection/quantitation.Comparing with other ionization techniques,this ionization has the advantages including easy operation,rapid analytic process and higher sensitivity(about 10-50 fold higher).In this paper,the optimizations of condition and membrane are investigated and shown.In application,food satety(including the residues of clenbuterol in urine and antibiotic in milk),quantification of drug concentraions in blood and pesticide residues in soil are selected as the typical application fields.In lab contidion,by adding standard substance into real sample,using molecular imprinted membrane electrospray ionization achieved the rapid mass spectrometry analysis.This ionization technique has the features including great specificity and low limit of dection.In addition,the whole analysis process could be achieved whthin 30 minutes.
