With the national sustainable development strategy goal planning,China's coal enterprises are facing the problem of large-scale losses caused by the problems of the coal market demand decline,price decline,overcapacity and other issues.During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period,with the acceleration of the supply-side reform,all localities are required to support the coal industry to gradually move toward high-quality coal mines to increase high-quality production capacity,coal-electricity joint ventures to increase enterprise efficiency,and to sign medium-and long-term stable contracts between enterprises and customers mode.Under the background of the state supporting the coal industry to optimize the production capacity structure,how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and optimize the business decision-making mode to achieve higher levels of efficiency has become the main goal of China's coal enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.This paper first systematically studies the theory of integration of production,transportation and sales,supply chain management,operational research and mathematical modeling as the theoretical basis for the establishment of the post-transmission optimization model.Then it investigates the structure of the existing Principal Energy Group's production,transportation and sales system,analyzes the decision-making mode of each link of production,transportation and sales,finds possible problems in the decision-making mode,and proposes to transform the decision-making mode of each link of the enterprise into the decision-making mode of integration of production,transportation and sales.Then,the demand forecast of the coal market was carried out,and it is necessary to clearly optimize the management structure of the coal enterprise.Under the premise of integration of production,transportation and sales,it is necessary to clarify the logical relationship and mutual influence factors of each link as the premise of the transportation optimization model.To improve the efficiency of the enterprise,it can be transformed into a multi-objective solution mathematical model with the objective function as the objective function,the objective conditions such as the productivity of each link,and the constraint conditions,and use the MATLAB software to optimize the multi-objective function by the simplex method solution.Then,based on the optimization model of the Group,the decision-making index system is established.Under this system,the decision-making analysis of the Group's production in 2019 is carried out.Comparing the optimal model under the optimization model with the actual business model proves that the optimization model is reasonable and feasible.Finally,the safeguard measures for implementing this optimization model are proposed from the perspective of overall macro-group regulation and control,micro-enterprise guarantee informationization timely,execution force and basic personnel protection.There are 23 figures,11 tables and 60 references in this paper.
