The objective occurrence of coal resources determines that the mining inevitably cause disturbance to the overlying strata and transmit to the surface to cause surface deformation,thereby it damaged the land resources,destroyed the surface structures,caused damage to property and materials and caused enterprises to contradictory.Therefore,it is an important guarantee for safe and efficient mining of coal to take active and effective measures to minimize the impact of coal mining on the surface.To this end,in the coal development and design,it is necessary to make a reasonable prediction of the overburden and surface deformation of the coal seam,analyze the possible hazards of coal mining,and accordingly select the coal mining process,design and optimization of the mining face.Dtailed surface deformation prediction parameters is required to accurate prediction of surface deformation after coal mining.The Shuonan mine is a nationally designated mining area.There are many new large-scale mines,but no surface deformation monitoring data for the system after coal mining.So no surface deformation prediction parameters can be available.In the same time,Shuonan mine has a unique stratum structure,and the Quaternary loose layer is thicker.The coal seam occurrence conditions are obvious.However,there is a lack of surface deformation prediction parameters that can be referenced.Therefore,there is a lack of reliable basis for the construction of ground structures,the protection of coal pillars,and the comprehensive improvement of brown land.Based on these,this study takes the surface deformation monitoring of 14202 working face of Majialiang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example.From the design,layout,deformation field monitoring and surface deformation analysis and application,the surface deformation monitoring is systematically studied by monitoring and application in blank mining areas.Firstly,Comprehensively combed the domestic and international research progress and application of new technologies in the research and application of surface deformation monitoring laws.At present,modern space information technology has been widely used in the monitoring of surface deformation in mining areas.However,due to the periodicity of basic information acquisition,it is difficult to maintain and coordinate with mine production by using only InSAR/remote sensing technology.Therefore,the use of traditional mapping methods and combing advanced space information technology,is a feasible solution for monitoring the microscopic scale of the blank mining area.Based on those,the technical route of this research was put forward,and technical means were clarified.Secondly,according to the geological conditions of the monitoring area,the simulation experiment of similar material for surface deformation is carried out in the monitoring area,and the law of surface deformation is preliminarily grasped.On this basis,the monitoring station of surface deformation is designed,and the monitoring station of surface deformation is optimized and laid out on the spot according to the topographic condition of the monitoring area through field survey.The basic information of surface deformation timing system corresponding to underground production is acquired by traditional measuring means and three-dimensional laser scanning.The data preprocessing ensures the integrity and systematicness of the basic information,which is ready for further research on deformation law.Then,according to the acquired time sequence information of surface deformation,combined with mine geological conditions and underground production organization,the law of surface deformation in mining area is systematically analyzed,and the angular index of surface deformation is calculated according to the theory of surface deformation.Through the comparative analysis of measured data of surface deformation and corresponding predicted values,the related parameters of surface deformation prediction are obtained by inversion calculation.According to the characteristics of huge loose beds in mining area,based on the analysis of stratum structure and surface characteristics of huge loose beds,the movement angles of bedrock and loose beds in mining area are calculated respectively.It provides a more accurate basis for surface deformation prediction based on actual geological conditions.Finally,according to the measured surface deformation in the mining area and the law of surface deformation based on the analysis,the safety assessment and protection research of the Shanxi-Beijing natural gas pipeline across the mining area are carried out.According to the physical characteristics of natural gas pipeline,the anti-deformation ability and safety threshold of natural gas pipeline are analyzed and determined.Four schemes for safety protection of natural gas pipeline are put forward,namely,setting up coal pillars for protection of natural gas pipeline,partial mining coal pillars,natural gas pipeline bypass in mining area and filling mining with solid waste.Through economic evaluation,it is recommended to adopt a reasonable plan for the protection of coal pillars by setting up natural gas pipelines.At the same time,it is suggested that in the implementation of the scheme,daily monitoring of regional surface deformation should be strengthened,and the mining scheme should be adjusted in real time to ensure safe production in mining areas.The factors affecting the surface deformation of the mining area are very complex,and the geological conditions of the mining area vary greatly.Therefore,in the mine production organization,it is necessary to strengthen the continuous monitoring of surface deformation in mining area,and improve the basic information of surface deformation monitoring according to the measured data constantly,so as to provide accurate and reliable basic information for the design and optimization of coal resources mining scheme.Accordingly,timely adjustment and optimization of production organization plan can ensure safe and efficient production in mines.
