The reliability and flexibility is the new direction of the power generation technology.After using SCR denitration method,it is generated that the problem of air preheater blockage and low temperature deactivation of the catalyst.Relative researches show that the ammonium bisulfate is the leading cause of the problem above.Therefore,the research on the formation mechanism and detection technology of ammonium bisulfate is of great significance.The detection technology is the basis of experimental research,and the development of ammonium bisulfate detection technology can help solve the problem.It can be divided into two parts: gas phase ammonium bisulfate detection and ammonium bisulfate detection in ash.The detection of gas phase ammonium bisulfate is the key to its research.and the latter is supplemented by the actual test.At the same time,whether the ammonium bisulfate is measured by the condensation collection method or the filtration obtained by the indirect method,the detection of NH4+ and SO42-after the obtained aqueous solution is indispensable.This paper is aimed at the formation mechanism and detection technology of ammonium bisulfate,and it is carried out that the corresponding chemical thermodynamics theoretical calculation and ammonium bisulfate detection method.What is more,a more preferable spiral tube quartz tube collection system and a more preferable dissolution filtration system are proposed,and an improved conductometric titration method for the measurement of sulfate is proposed.In the study of the mechanism of ammonium bisulfate formation,adopting chemical thermodynamic calculations,the results show that the temperature change has a great influence on the equilibrium movement of ammonium bisulfate reaction.Therefore,it is necessary to select a suitable temperature for the detection of ammonium bisulfate.In the research of testing technology system,the traditional conductivity titration measurement method was improved,combined with the idea of reverse titration,proposing a method for measuring sulfate ion in the chemical analysis system of ammonium bisulfate.In the research of the detection technology collection system,combined with numerical simulation and gas phase ammonium bisulfate detection experiment,the results show that the spiral tube quartz tube is more preferable to the ammonium bisulfate collector,and 3L·min-1 is a more preferable collection condition flow.In the study of the dissolution technique of the detection technique,the results show that,respectively,the ultrasonic dissolution and the magnetic stirring dissolution are more preferable dissolution modes of sulfate ion and ammonia ion.Finally,in the actual onsite fly ash test analysis experiment,the surface of the fly ash has an adsorption effect on ammonia slip and acid gas,and the two promote each other,and the adsorption concentration increases with the decrease of temperature.These adsorbates and the salts formed by the reaction change the physical properties of the surface of the fly ash,which in turn causes corrosion and clogging of the heated surface.
