The combination of breeding and breeding is the key direction for the optimization of the layout of China's agricultural industry.Through the organic circulation between material and energy in planting and aquaculture,the ecological agriculture model combined with farming and breeding is an important measure to effectively achieve pollution control of livestock and poultry farming.This paper firstly uses the methods of location entropy and spatial Gini coefficient to measure the absolute and relative common agglomeration index of planting and aquaculture based on the provincial-level data from 1997 to 2017,and analyze the spatial and temporal evolution of the combination of China's farming and farming;Then,from the dual perspectives of scale effect and structural effect,the mechanism of the influence of the combination of farming and agriculture on the pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding is explained.Based on the 2011-2015 provincial panel data,the spatial panel model is used to examine the agriculture and agriculture combined with macro-experience.The specific impact of industrial layout on the pollution emission intensity of livestock and poultry breeding industry;further based on the data of more than 30,000 large-scale farms announced by the Ministry of Environmental Protection in 2012-2014,from the micro level to analyze the layout of farming and agriculture industry Possible impact of the selection.The study found that:(1)During the two decades from 1997 to 2017,the concentration of planting industry increased,the concentration of aquaculture industry decreased,and the planting industry and aquaculture industry showed a separation trend.From the perspective of regional differences,the change in the degree of planting and breeding in the eastern region is mainly due to the decline in grain agglomeration or the proportion of meat,and the accumulation and proportion of meat production has increased slightly;the degree of planting and breeding in the central region has not changed much;The change in the degree of planting and breeding is mainly due to the increase in grain agglomeration or the proportion of meat,and the accumulation and proportion of meat production has increased slightly.(2)Empirical evidence at the provincial level indicates that the increase in the degree of planting and breeding is conducive to reducing the intensity of pollutant emissions from livestock and poultry in each province.The investment in environmental management invested by the provinces has no obvious effect on the management of livestock and poultry pollution.(3)Empirical evidence at the micro-enterprise level shows that the increase in the degree of planting and breeding in the provinces will prompt local companies to choose the method of returning to the field to achieve better emission reduction.In terms of organizational forms,farming communities and cooperatives are more likely to adopt emission reduction measures than farms and companies.From the perspective of farming type,enterprises with farmed pigs and farmed cattle are more likely to choose emission reduction measures when farming and breeding are combined.The possibility of adopting emission reduction measures for enterprises that raise chickens requires higher levels of planting and breeding,that is,requirements.Agglomeration of companies in the region,rather than a simple increase in production.The possible innovations of this paper are as follows: First,in terms of research methods,three different types of measurement indicators are selected,namely,the ratio of meat production to grain area,the common agglomeration of location entropy,and the spatial Gini coefficient co-aggregate,portraying the combination of breeding and breeding.Time and space development characteristics.Secondly,on the research content,from the macro-micro level,based on the perspective of planting and breeding,the impact of the optimization of agricultural industry layout on the intensity of pollution emission from livestock and poultry breeding and the choice of emission reduction measures for enterprises is provided,and the mechanism of planting and breeding pollution control is provided.More full empirical evidence.
