Photoelectric materials,which are materials that combine dielectric and optical properties,currently in optoelectronic devices and information storage sensing and other fields have a very wide range of applications.However,in organic-inorganic hybrid materials,photoelectric materials with excellent properties are scarce.The synthesis of nitrogen-containing compounds is one of the effective methods for preparing photoelectric materials.In order to find organic and inorganic hybrid materials with various physical properties,we designed and synthesized several cyclic amines and quaternary ammonium salts derivatives,studied and tested their structure,dielectric and optical properties.The research content of this thesis is divided into three parts:In the first part:18-crown-6 as the main molecule,the aniline derivative series as the guest cation,respectively reacted with inorganic acid,synthesized 4 compounds,[(C6H5NF2)(18-crown-6)][HClO4](1),[(C7HSNF)(18-crown-6)][HClO4](2),[(C7HSNF)(18-crown-6)][HBF4](3),[(C7HSNF)(18-crown-6)][HPF6](4),and characterized it in a series of properties.In the second part:using manganese chloride as the inorganic part,reacting with N-methyl piperidine,N-methylpyrrolidine and pyrrolidine synthesized 4 compounds,respectively,[C6H14N]2[MnCl4](5),[C5H12N]2[MnCl4](6),[C4NH9]8[MnCl4][Mn2Cl10](7)and[C4NHg]12[MnCl4]2[Mn3Cl12][Cl-]2(8),and characterized it in a series of properties.In the third part:using quaternary ammonium salt as the organic part,respectively reacting with metal halide salt,crystallized to form three compounds,[C5NH13CI][FeCl4](9),[C5NH13Cl][SbC14](10),[C5NH13F][CdC13](11),and subjected to a series of characterization.Among the 11 compounds,three phase transition compounds 1,5 and 6 were synthesized by using the strategies of adjusting the molar ratio of reactants and substituting for the components of organic or inorganic part.And the compound 1 was different from the previously reported crown ether inclusion compound.Dielectric and NLO dual switches are shown near the higher phase transition temperature,and also show three-stage SHG activity state;5 and 6 have both fluorescence and electrical properties.The green light emission at 525 nm in compound 5 has a high quantum yield of 79.37%,and 6 emits red light different from most of the reported tetracoordinate Mn2+compounds.
