As an important class of intelligent functional material,compounds with external stimuli-responsive characteristics have attracted increasing attention because of their physical properties?optical,electrical,magnetic or mechanical property and so on?can be effectively regulated in various relatively stable states by external stimuli such as light,temperature,and electric field.They can be applied to photonic devices,optoelectronic technology,digital processing and biosensors,etc,their research and applications have a huge impact on our lives.Many studies have shown that the formation of solid phase transition materials provides an effective method for designing and developing compounds with external stimuli response characteristics,as structural phase transitions are often accompanied by dramatic changes in physical properties.The content of this thesis is divided into three parts.We use the methods of replacing inorganic acid ions or organic amine cations,adjusting the molar ratio of reactants,and constructing the crown ether inclusion compounds to synthesize different organic-inorganic hybrid compounds.And further research on their phase transition behaviors and photoelectric properties.The first part:Pyrrolidine and N-methylpyrrolidine are used as organic moieties to react with MnBr2 to form three compounds,[C4NH10][MnBr4]?1?,[CH3-NC4H9][MnBr4]?2?and[CH3-NC4H9][MnBr3]?3?,and characterized them in a series of properties.The second part:The macromolecular 18-crown-6 is the main component,the aniline derivative is the guest,reacts with the inorganic acid,and crystallizes to form four host-guest inclusion complexes,[?C6H5NF2??18-crown-6?][PF6]?4?,[?C6H5NF2??18-crown-6?][BF4]?5?,[?C6H5NFCl??18-crown-6?][ClO4]?6?and[?C6H5NFCl??18-crown-6?][PF6]?7?,and characterized them in a series of properties.The third part:The cyclic amine is used as an organic part to react with a perchloric acid to form three compounds,[C8NH12][ClO4]?8?,[C6NF2H6]2[ClO4]?9?and[C8NH12][ClO4]?10?and carried out a series of characterizations.Among the 10 synthesized compounds,five phase transition organic-inorganic hybrid compounds 1,2,3,4 and 5 were synthesized.These five phase transition compounds have both optical and electrical properties.
