In organic chemistry,allyl alcohols and?,?-unsaturated ketones,which produced by simple alkenes allylic oxidation,are very common chemical structures.they are a lot of basic structure units in natural products,also a precursor of chiral alcohol,ether and other complex compounds structure,also a lot of food,medicines,raw materials and intermediates.Therefore,there are great importance and research value in allyl C-H oxidation.According to the native and foreign literature reports,the researches on the allyl oxidation mainly focus on two aspects,the high valence state metal oxidants and the oxidation with catalytic transition metals.In this paper,a new method of selective allyl oxidation using oxygen as oxidant,Fe and NHPI as co-catalyst was developed.This method has the advantages of green and safety,high conversion rate and good selectivity.In the process of reaction,oxygen is used as oxidant,which is not only cheap but also has high atomic utilization rate.Compared with chromium,manganese and other metal oxidants,oxygen has extremely significant advantages.Fe?acac?3 is used as a metal catalyst.Compared with cobalt,manganese,vanadium and other metals,Fe is a very safe and efficient catalyst suitable for mass production with low price and easy recovery.The catalyst,organic small molecule NHPI has the advantages of mild reaction conditions,safety,non-toxicity and easy decomposition.In general,this method can achieve complete conversion of raw materials at room temperature,the peroxide's yield is up to more than 83%,in one-pot method can be further obtained allyl alcohol and?,?-unsaturated ketone,product selectivity is excellent.Moreover,this method has good substrate adaptability and functional group tolerance,which proves that this reaction is widely applicable.Through a series of experiments about reaction mechanism,combined with relevant literature and reactions,this paper proposes a complete and efficient catalytic oxidation reaction mechanism.A new method of selective allyl oxidation was proposed based on the combination of theory and practice.
