Because of the presence of its wax component, waxy crude oil will cause wax precipitation and crystallization during the process of wax-containing crude oil.Once the wax crystals are deposited and adhered to the inner wall of the rough pipe, the pipe radius will be reduced, which will affect economic benefits. The deposited wax crystals will accumulate over time, and even in severe cases, the condensation will occur. The anti-wax technology of crude oil pipeline is an important means to ensure the normal transportation of waxy crude oil.The use of microorganisms to clean and prevent wax in oil fields is a new technology developed in recent years.Microorganisms can effectively remove wax deposits in pipelines.Production has great economic benefits. This paper mainly conducts in-depth research on microbial anti-wax technology. The first is the acquisition of hydrocarbon-dissolving bacteria. In this paper, from the petroleum-contaminated soil, oil sands and oil sludge preserved in the laboratory, the dehydrogenated bacteria capable of emulsifying the paraffin are screened, and on this basis, the hydrocarbon-producing bacteria and the inherent surface of the laboratory are produced. The active bacteria are mixed to find a solution for the mixed culture. The second is the optimization of the growth of mixed strains.By comparing the growth of mixed strains under different compounding ratios, different inoculum sizes and different growth temperatures, the best mixed strains were selected and their life cycle and growth characteristics were analyzed. Finally, the effect analysis of the mixed strains. In this paper, mixed bacteria were added to waxy crude oil under indoor conditions. After a few days of action at a certain temperature, macroscopic and microscopic data analysis of crude oil was carried out,and the changes in wax content and viscosity range before and after crude oil treatment were macroscopically carried out.The analysis was carried out by microscopically analyzing the microstructure changes of the wax crystals in the crude oil before and after the treatment and the change in the particle size of the wax crystals. The experiment found that the maximum wax removal rate of the mixed hydrocarbons was 87.3%;observed under a polarizing microscope 200 times, the mixed hydrocarbons could effectively degrade the wax crystal structure in the waxy crude oil,and make the large-size wax crystals into small particles.Wax crystals were formed, and the wax crystals after treatment showed an average dispersion tendency. Finally, the FBRM focused beam reflectometer analysis showed that the number of large-sized wax crystals was significantly reduced, and the number of small-sized wax crystals was increased..
