The five-axis machine tool can control the attitude of the tool and has excellent spatial accessibility.It can complete the processing of complex curved surfaces without complicated tool and workpiece clamping,which becomes the main way of processing complex parts.The five-axis machine tool accuracy inspection technology is an important basis for ensuring that the machine tool can achieve the final machining accuracy.It is also used to evaluate the long-term stable and high-precision operation of the machine tool.The dynamic accuracy measurement of the dual five-axis mirror milling system is taken as the goal.Firstly,the detection method of improving the geometric error detection efficiency of the five-axis machine tool rotary axis is studied,and a dynamic detection method based on R-test is proposed.The accuracy of this method is similar to quasi-static point-bypoint measurement,but it reduces the manual operation and detection time,also improves the detection efficiency of the geometric error of the five-axis machine tool.Then explored the influence of cutting force on the dynamic precision of the machine,designed and developed a set of measuring instruments to evaluating the dynamic accuracy of the machine under simulated loading conditions.Combined with the three-way force gauge,the circular path error detection experiment of the five-axis machine tool is completed,and the influence of static loading and dynamic loading on the precision of the machine tool is analyzed.Finally,the synchronization precision of the double five-axis mirror milling system is studied.The mirror motion of tool point and the tool axis synchronization measuring device are designed.The experiment found that the rotating shaft is the main source of the synchronization error of the tool axis direction.The device has already been used for error detection and lifting of the dual five-axis mirror milling equipment.In summary,this paper mainly studies the rapid detection method of the five-axis machine tool in dynamic detection field and the simulated cutting force action error,as well as the synchronization error of the double five-axis mirror milling,which provides a quantitative basis for improving the dynamic accuracy of the five-axis machine tool.
