Antibiotic,as an anti-infective drug,have been widely used in the process of aquaculture and transportation.However,the abuse of antibiotics will have toxic and side effects on the human body,and even produce teratogenic,carcinogenic consequences.During recent years,our country has made important progress in the control of fishery drug residues in the process of aquaculture.However,it is challenging to control the abuse of antibiotics in transportation due to lack of convenient detection technique.As the traditional detection methods require large instruments,long time,complicated procedure,and high cost.Thus,in this work,wepresent a rapid,accurate,efficient and low-cost detection method and portable detection platform,which uses malachite green as an example and can be applied to different antibiotic residue detection.In this paper,we first reviewed the progress in antibiotics detection technique,biosensors and electrochemical instruments.Then the overall scheme of antibiotic detection system was designed.Based on the specific recognition of malachite green with DNA aptamer,the electrochemical aptamer biosensor was constructed and optimized.The hardware circuit of the handheld antibiotic residue detector was designed and manufactured.It consists of constant potential circuit,high-precision current conversion circuit,16 sample collection channels and wireless transmission module,which has the characteristics of high-precision,miniaturization,high efficiency and wireless communication.Finally,the modules of antibiotic residue system and the whole system were tested and verified.Malachite green at a minimum concentration of 1?g?L-1 can be detected.The antibiotics detection system designed here possesses high selectivity and stability by using the DNA aptamer as the recognition element.Moreover,the miniaturization of the detection system and wireless communications provide a convient platform for antibiotic detection,and can be further applied to other related harmful substances,which has broad application prospects.
