At present,the incidence of terrorist bombings in the world has been rising year by year,seriously affecting the stability of the country,the people's life and property security has a huge threat,explosive detection by the general attention of various countries.The explosive material is easy to prepare,low price,simple preparation method,large explosive power,and little residue after explosion.It is often seen in terrorist activities.However,the structure of the peroxide explosive is different from that of the traditional explosive,it is a kind of peroxide with no metal,no hair color group and nitrate Kiki,and the ultraviolet absorption is weak and the thermal stability is poor,and its detection becomes a difficult problem.Based on chemical colorimetric detection of peroxide explosives,detection technology has become one of the most potential technologies for explosives detection because of its simple,rapid,intuitive,accurate,real-time,high selectivity and low detection limit.The main functional group of the peroxide explosive is r-o-o-r?over-oxygen bond?,and hydrogen peroxide?H2O2?is a typical labeled compound for the peroxide explosive.Because H2O2 is not only the raw material for the synthesis of peroxide explosive,but also the product of ultraviolet decomposition of peroxide explosive,the detection of hydrogen peroxide?H2O2?is of great significance to the detection of peroxide explosives.Therefore,this study use acid catalysis to make explosives peroxide decomposition to produce hydrogen peroxide,chromogenic substrate and hydrogen peroxide oxidation-reduction reaction principle,based on the chemical specific chromogenic reagent colorimetric method,with nano composite hydrogel membrane basement and colorimetric sensor array technology,implementation of peroxide specificity rapid detection of explosives.The main research content includes the following three parts:1.Based on the chemical colorimetry,a Triacetone triperoxide?TATP?specific chromogenic reagent was developed.The principle of the detection is to decompose the TATP acid into acetone and hydrogen peroxide,and to produce color changes with the redox reaction of the chromogenic substrate and hydrogen peroxide.Not only the acidity and concentration control of the detection reagent,but also the detection limit,anti-interference and stability of the detection reagent.The detection limit can be up to 6 micrograms,and the similar substances that may be encountered in the site of the explosives will not react with all kinds of explosives and raw materials,and the shelf life can reach 65 days.Due to the variety of raw materials for preparation of TATP,nine different preparation methods were used to prepare TATP,the structure analysis and detection of nine products were carried out,and the detection reagent was used to detect the change of nine products,but the different shades of color were found.The test reagent can detect TATP specificity and fast and accurately.2.Using physical crosslinking method,polyvinyl alcohol as film-forming agent,the structure and properties of nano-porous hydrogel membranes were obtained by adding the organic magnesium silicate,enhancing the mechanical properties of the hydrogel membrane,and adding polyethylene glycol as the pore-forming agent to fabricate porous structure.In the visible range,the transparency of the nanocomposite hydrogel film can reach 99%.The nanocomposite hydrogel film has excellent mechanical properties and the Young's modulus can reach 6.77 MPa.Nano porous hydrogel composite film as the base,binding specificity TATP chromogenic reagent preparation became TATP colorimetric sensors,which can realize the TATP powder and fast wearable test of saturated vapor.3.Using the principle of chemical colorimetry,we studied the cross-specific chromogenic reagents for peroxide explosives,developed nine kinds of detection reagents based on peroxide explosives,and combined with chromogenic reagents to construct a 3×3 colorimetric sensor array.The colorimetric sensor array was used to detect the peroxodisplay explosives,and the experimental data were analyzed by logical discriminant.The results show that the colorimetric sensor array enables rapid detection and identification of peroxide explosives.
